It was amazing and fantastic experienced. I Celebrate my birthday and they made it unforgettable. The staff are so hospitable and nice to me. Thank you so much also to Allen the staff taking care of us in the sky.. Thank you You so much Klook for this amazing adventure..

Many people but they were very good at attending their customers. The food served hot and presentable. Delicious. Value Money ..really worth to get the voucher from Klook. easy to used

Came for my birthday and had an amazing stay. The corner suite is great. Big, clean, nicely decorated. Wish we could spend more time in the room. The outside pool is on the smaller side but there were 8 people max at the same time so it was very enjoyable. Water was very warm. Inside pool is beautiful and great to swim, very long. The changing room with hot tub, hammam and sauna is nice The staff is very welcoming. Alexis, at front desk, was amazing. Probably one of the nicest check-in we’ve had ever. Been in hotels in Macau, HK and Las Vegas many many times. As usual the buffet was great with a new French pâté so good, and an extensive offer of desserts, and for breakfast, the egg Benedict and viennoiseries are good. Overall, this stay was excellent. Can’t wait to come back

The Grand Hyatt Macau buffet truly lives up to its reputation! The lobsters are fresh, steamed with garlic on the spot, stir-fried typhoon shelter style, or baked with cheese—each bite is incredibly sweet and fresh. A global array of delicacies and Asian dishes are all available, including sushi, oysters, and seafood platters. For dessert lovers: the chocolate soufflé and coconut pudding are definitely worth trying. For family or friends gatherings: the elegant environment is perfect for celebrations or taking photos.

It wasn’t crowded when we went there for an Afternoon Tea. The table was set and the food was already waiting when we arrived. For the Afternoon Tea, you may come anytime between 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm, but I would suggest not to be there later than 5:00 pm as they will be preparing for the dinner buffet. The rotating floor was truly a one of a kind experience. We also get to watch people bungee jumping from the tower. We got there by riding a free shuttle from Grand Lisboa and went to the Outer Harbour Ferry also by the free shuttle. The staff were friendly and speaks english.

Thank you so much Klook for another good deal this lunch buffet in Urban Kitchen JW Marriott Hotel in Macau.. Definitely I will recommend. The foods are great even a lot of diners still the foods are refillable..I really love the steak so tender and juicy. And the sushi station I love it too...And the drinks 10/10 the coffee it's perfectly perfect for us coffee lover. Thank you to the staff name Loyd who made the coffee and chocolate drinks for us..And also to staff who helped me to brought our drinks all the way our table.His name Francis. Our table is a bit far to the Drinks stations so Thanks you much!! 😍 Appreciate it that helped for me.

Booking through Klook is convenient and offers great deals. The dim sum is delicious, the environment is comfortable, and the staff is polite. Most of the dim sum dishes are of a very high standard, and the best of all is the Mango Pomelo Sago. Special thanks to Crystal for treating every customer with genuine care. Highly recommended!

The Buffet Lunch at Spotlight on a Wednesday offers a massive international selection: Fresh Seafood & Asian delicacies, Hot Stations, Desserts & Bakery, Variety of Drinks, especially the hot Red Dates & Logan Soya Milk that we both like so much. great atmosphere with cinema-themed setting.

This is my second time dining at the Grapevine Buffet Dinner. The restaurant isn't very large, and there aren't too many diners, so the staff is sufficient. They quickly clear used dishes and refill water. While the variety of food isn't extensive, everything is delicious, and the Portuguese cuisine is quite unique.
