Macau's Best Buffet, a Paradise for Seafood Lovers! Five-star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This time, I booked the "Dining with the Chefs" dinner at mezza9 Macau through Klook, and the experience was truly amazing! The concept here is very unique; you can see the fresh ingredients, and everything is made to order, ensuring each dish is served hot and with perfect texture. • Seafood Extravaganza: The lobster in the video was firm, the clams were plump and sweet, and the sashimi platter was very generous. • Exquisite Hot Dishes: Besides seafood, their steak was cooked to perfection, and the grilled fish with lemon is a must-try for a refreshing taste. • Special Thanks: The service here is incredibly attentive, and I especially recommend James! He was very meticulous, responsive, and offered professional recommendations for the dishes, which significantly enhanced our dining experience. If you're visiting Macau and want a high-quality, made-to-order buffet, mezza9 is definitely worth booking in advance!
Our family of 9 went for the buffet this time. Thank you to the restaurant for arranging a private room for us. The private space and environment were great, and the service staff were also very kind. Thank you for your help! The food quality was very good, and the seafood was very fresh! If you like seafood, you must try it! You can choose the cooking method for both seafood and vegetables???????????????????????? and it will be delivered directly to your seat. The lobster was very fresh!! Steamed with garlic was delicious and very bouncy! Scallops are also highly recommended???? In addition, the drinks card includes red wine and sparkling wine. The bartender (Kerry????????) was also very kind with great service!???????????????? We will come back again! Highly recommend mezza9~❤️
The Grand Hyatt Macau buffet truly lives up to its reputation! The lobsters are fresh, steamed with garlic on the spot, stir-fried typhoon shelter style, or baked with cheese—each bite is incredibly sweet and fresh. A global array of delicacies and Asian dishes are all available, including sushi, oysters, and seafood platters. For dessert lovers: the chocolate soufflé and coconut pudding are definitely worth trying. For family or friends gatherings: the elegant environment is perfect for celebrations or taking photos.
Featuring fresh seafood, various seafood options (lobster, fish, shrimp, crab, shellfish, squid tentacles, etc.) can be prepared in a variety of ways (ginger and scallion, steamed, stir-fried, baked with butter, etc.). Everything is cooked very well and tastes great. All you have to do is line up and tell them your table number and what you want, and someone will bring it to your table, great service. All kinds of drinks are free-flow, and each person has two passes to redeem special drinks or wine, very nice! Unfortunately, if you really like raw oysters (they don't have raw ones here), fish sashimi (they have it, but limited selection), or king crab (they don't have it), then this place is not for you... One thing I want to mention is that if you go out to get dessert a little before 8:30, there's not much left. My companion went out earlier and said it was delicious, too bad....
I visited MEZZA9, located on the 3rd floor of the COD Grand Hyatt. After visiting, I compared it to VIKINGS WHARF. After tasting five kinds of lobster, my wife and I were already satisfied with the taste. The lobster we had at VIKINGS WHARF was steamed and eaten immediately, so it was delicious at first, but there was a limit to how much we could eat. MEZZA9 is more satisfying because they cook and serve various seafood dishes in addition to lobster. For several reasons, I intend to revisit it on my next trip to Macau.
Second time coming back! We brought our moms here to eat lobster and seafood, which can be prepared in various ways (some seafood might not be available, and preparation methods are limited, so it's best to ask first). You go to the counter to place your order, and then someone will deliver it to your table. All the staff here are very nice, always smiling, have great attitudes, and are very helpful!
Mezz9 has consistently maintained its high standards over the years. The food is delicious, and the customizable seafood options are a must-try; steamed with garlic or plain steamed are the best choices. My Cantonese palate is very pleased, haha! There's also a wide selection of cooked dishes, as well as desserts and cold appetizers, making it perfect for families. The service staff are very nice, especially James, who was always attentive to our needs and helped clear our table. It's definitely worth a visit for both locals and tourists!
Seafood buffet dinner, featuring freshly cooked lobster made to order. This is my second visit recently. Last time, I ate so much lobster at the beginning that I didn't have much room to try other foods. This time, I wanted to try everything, including lobster, scallops, abalone, whelk, and grouper, etc. Paired with various cooking methods, it's truly delicious! The atmosphere is great, as always! For those who haven't been, it's worth a try!
Today was my wife's birthday, and the lobster and various fish at Mazza9 seafood buffet restaurant on the 3rd floor of Grand Hyatt were even better than what I've had at Conrad Hotel events in Korea. In particular, the tall, handsome server, Jeims, provided such kind, discreet, and customer-delighting service that I naturally gave him a tip. The food, kindness, and atmosphere were all excellent.
The buffet offered only basic options, with limited choices. There were few types of sashimi, and the Western section didn't even have roast beef. The only standout item was the lobster and seafood congee; the quality of the other dishes was just average. The only positive aspects were the spacious environment and the diligent staff. Overall, the experience was mediocre.
