At first I was hestitant to book here but this hotel is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in Kuala Lumpur. The club lounge service is also top notch. Oliver and the club lounge staffs are all very hospitable, it felt like home. Food also was great. Plus the hotel offers a buggy service to and from Suria KLCC. Would love to be back here in the future! Definitely a gem in Kuala Lumpur!

This is my fourth time staying here, and I really love the warm color scheme of this hotel. It doesn't have too much cold metal, but it doesn't feel old either. The staff are all very friendly, and they clean the rooms meticulously. Every time I come to Kuala Lumpur, I stay for 7-10 days or more. It feels like coming home to Kuala Lumpur. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm back! The breakfast is also delicious, the bread is quite refined, and the donuts are also very tasty!
