Tour guide Curtis was very dedicated and attentive, and the itinerary was arranged very appropriately. During the process, he provided explanations in both Mandarin and English. Although the itinerary was rich, it wasn't rushed. Highly recommended!

The meeting place, Mail Exchange Hotel, is very convenient, but the hotel does not allow non-guests to use the restrooms, so prepare in advance. There were about 10 people on a tour bus, and Leelee was our leader and driver for the day, very proactive in explaining things and driving very safely. The animals in the zoo are very close, but it's best to go early in the morning, because when it's too hot, the kangaroos won't come to be fed. The koalas are also very cute. Unfortunately, you can't take pictures on Penguin Island, but the experience is very enjoyable. Remember to wear a lot of clothes, because it's very cold.

This is a 8-9hrs long activity. Easy to locate meeting point (ie. Bus bay opposite The Hotel Windsor). Take note there is no shelter hence be prepared for rainy weather. Tour guide (Lorraine) is amazing. She's funny, informative and brought us to good spot to get instaworthy pictures, wallet-friendly food places and patient. This is a must-go activity especially if u have kids (Note that no stroller/pram allowed).

thank you to our tour guide Terry for letting us have this great experience of the puffing billy ride and philip island. Terry is very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour itinerary is also very well planned. He also stopped the bus to show us wallabies and other animals.
