Good value for money! Our guide, Tom was very responsive through whatsapp. He also took our photos and used the translator app so we can communicate well with each other. He is also very sensitive since it was so hot he always adjusts the aircon thermostat.

If you are visiting the vast Ayutthaya ruins in Thailand for the first time, we definitely recommend a chartered car with a veteran driver to efficiently tour the ruins! We were picked up at 10:00 and it was an 8-hour course. It was easy for our family of three to travel, and we were able to efficiently visit the ruins we wanted to visit and the recommended temples, and we also had the opportunity to experience riding an elephant. As soon as we departed, a cat got stuck in the car on the highway, so we were two hours late to rescue it, but we were told to go to more ruins and more things over that time, but we were more than satisfied with just the recommended temples. We were dropped off at the entrance to the temple, and when we got on, we were picked up at the entrance at the right time, so we were able to go around easily without the hassle of moving around. We went to a recommended restaurant for lunch just before arriving at the Ayutthaya ruins. The atmosphere was very nice and the food was delicious. Chartered cars are more efficient and freer than going around in a group tour, so they are highly recommended for families with multiple people!

The carriage is clean. The tour guide Billy is experienced and patient and can control the pace of the itinerary. Good English skills, able to communicate effectively and explain tourist attraction information. Billy was thoughtful about where to get a spot at each place, and the photos he took for tourists were very beautiful! As for the attractions, the only drawback is that the floating market lacks effective management. There are too many boats at the same time. The river itself is narrow. If the order is chaotic, it is easy to cause collisions, which is dangerous!

Ratima was very informative and caring. She did really well in informing us about all the facts and keeping us on schedule, we got to see everything on the itinerary. She looked after us all and went above and beyond. Definitely would recommend, especially with Fatima!
