Super highly recommended! Location is good which is near Lotte World Tower, Lotte World Adventure, Lotte Malls, Seokcheon Lake, Olympic Park, with near convenience store and around Bangi-dong Food Alley with so many restaurants and pubs. Hotel is new for us, and we love the lazy boy in our room. Worth the stay!!

Lotte Hotel World is the best! The accessibility is excellent. It's great for visiting with children. There's a swimming pool and kids' lounge, making it perfect for a family staycation. If you visit on Saturday, you can even see the Lotty & Lorry show.

The linens are changed and amenities are replenished daily, and the breakfast is delicious. This time, I stayed in a room on the 25th floor with a great view. Although there are three elevators, I still had to wait a short while.

family friendly hotel, love that everything is in the hotel, we go to the basement that have a food court, i call it the air conditioned food market. my grand daughter had a blast and visited Lotte World 2x, it is connected to the hotel, so convenient! lots of things to do within the vicinity and the best part is that you dont have to leave. we will definitely stay here again. room is big and spacious all our 6 big luggages and 4 small ones fit with room for more. we stayed in a junior suite with bunk bed party of 4

The hotel's location is very convenient for attending concerts, especially convenient! The subway is very, very close! The rooms are clean, and the facilities are complete. It would be even better if the hotel had a microwave! The rooms are particularly large, with air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. At night, we turn on the living room AC to avoid direct blowing. It was a pleasant surprise to have a large balcony with a beautiful view! The cleaning lady is very friendly and speaks Chinese!!

This is my second time staying here. The location is excellent, and the environment, cleanliness, and service are all great. If I need to, I will definitely book this hotel again!

This hotel is really good. It's clean and well-provided. It's location is perfect if you want easy access to buses, restaurants, bars, etc. The service is also amazing. The free breakfast is really delicious and bountiful. The staff are really accommodating and friendly.
