The facilities are a bit old, after all it's an old hotel, but the place is very clean and tidy, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Because we were traveling by chartered car, the location didn't have much impact on us.

I was impressed starting with the reservations department, which tried to allocate five rooms on the same floor and didn't forget the request for a room for disabled people, which is important for family members. The front desk staff provided professional service, as did the bellhops and security guards, all with smiles and professionalism. Room service was quick and delicious. Overall, it was good and I will definitely use the service again.
