Due to some personal reasons, we wanted to change rooms. The front desk quickly resolved our issue and met our needs. The service and attention to detail were quite good during our four-night stay (the room layout lost some points).

So much fun and by far our favourite Disneyland! Despite the heat, the lines for the major rides moved fairly quickly. Zootopia was such a joyful ride, with plenty of photo opportunities—though you’ll get to bypass many influencers who are there just for that. We’ve already recommended it to family and friends.

Best time to visit Disneyland on September when it's not major holiday seasons. Don't forget to bring your passport for tickets verification because in China they ask to verify the tickets with your passport.

As usual, access is easy with your passport. An additional benefit is RMB100 for a free meal. Just pay the additional balance if the meal exceeds RMB100.

Disneyland is Super!!! The lines moved quickly. For anyone traveling to Shanghai, check out Disneyland; it's worth it. The impressions will last a long time. We purchased two tickets + coupons; one worked, and the other didn't. We couldn't activate the second one; it wouldn't scan at the kiosks. Also, the Premium Access coupon didn't work, but otherwise, the app works and helps save time.

The room was clean, and I was able to rest very well. The bathroom light took a while to brighten, and I had to press the button repeatedly to finally get it to work. The shuttle service to the park and airport is convenient. The airport shuttle bus used to run until 9 PM, but now there's one at 10 PM, which is great because it allows you to enjoy the park later! It's also helpful that they can store your luggage.
