Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple, convenient, and hassle-free. Everything was clearly explained, and the vouchers were easy to use. Mr Shin is our tour guide and driver for the day. The whole trip is well-paced and we were able to visit many places in this day trip (we chose Alpaca World -> Nami Island -> Morning Calm Garden) . It’s great that Mr Shin messaged us one day before the trip informing us the meeting time/place, full-day itinerary timings and even the maps for the trips. He is a friendly guide and can converse well in both English and Chinese. (PS: Lunch is not included in the tour but we had our lunch on the main island right before our ferry to nami island. The area has many chicken galbi restaurants- I recommend NOT to go to 남이섬 웰빙 닭갈비 / Namiseom Wellbeing Dakgalbi for lunch - we’ve experienced unfriendly, poor service there and they ONLY ACCEPTS CASH! Without putting any “cash only” signage in their restaurant.) . Nevertheless - overall it’s a good day trip !

We had a great time for our Nami Island Day Trip with Martin as our tour guide. The day was so easy, relaxing and fun, especially with all his recommendations. Our favorite part was the restaurant he took us to for lunch, where we had the cheesy chicken with tteokbokki. I didn’t realize the zip line was only like 60 seconds of flight, so we didn’t end up doing it, but it did look super cool watching other people take it and the speed boat. Bike rental is super easy on the island, and made seeing the whole island a lot easier and quicker (we did the tandem couples bike). The rail bike was super cool as well and turned out being a lot easier on the hills with 4 people. Traffic was insanely terrible on the way back, but the driver was weaving between cars to get us back as quick as possible, so hats off to him as well 👏 thank you! 😊

our guide was really nice, such a fun day, alpaca world was really cool, got to feed alpacas, lunch was yum, loved the rail bikes, Nami island was nice, not much to do there but very pretty, we zip lined to the island rather than take the ferry which was awesome

A perfect day trip from Seoul! Booking via Klook saved us so much time and effort planning transport. Our original tour was only Alpaca + Nami, however we didn't meet the required minimum amount of people, so Klook messaged us to join the tour including the petite france with no extra charge. Alpaca World was a massive hit—the animals are well cared for, very cute, and feeding them was a great experience. Nami Island is beautiful, peaceful, and offers amazing photo spots around every corner. Our guide was organized, punctual, and very accommodating. Our driver Kay even let us stay on the van for our last stop (petite france) because my child is sleeping, he parked in a shaded area with aircon turned on. Highly recommend this tour for families, couples, or anyone looking to easily explore outside the city!

We had a wonderful experience with this tour! Our guide, Judy, was friendly, efficient, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the day. My favorite part was seeing the alpacas, and Nami Island was such a cute place to explore. We also paid extra for the zip line, and it was absolutely worth it! The garden was beautiful, with hydrangeas in full bloom. Everything was made easy and stress-free thanks to the tour company. Thank you, Judy, for a great day!

Austin was amazingly supportive, helpful and kind. The birds Veronia garden has lots of fun, enjoyable, strongly recommended, the rail bike also was amazing. I had the best scenery of cherry blossom there. The morning calm garden was good, but after two activities, we felt a bit tired so chose having a rest in the cafe. Austin dropped us at Hongdae station, understood the rush hour after 5pm to enter the core of Seoul. Overall, we had a good time there.

We had a fantastic day with our tour guide Max. He was such a pleasant and entheusiastic guide. His communication with us was 10 out of 10. He gave us a clear overview of our day and filled us with his knowledge at each area. He was so calm and really wanted us to take it all in and get many pictures and know the background of the culture. We had plently of picture and exploring opportunities and our safety was also paramount to him. He was considetate of our toilet and snack breaks. He was so happy to have us in his country and wanted us to know more about it and gave personal recommendations of sites and restaurants to visit. Any queries we had during our time here he was happy for us to contact him for any info we wanted! How kind of him! We had a fantastic coach as well as coach driver who was puntual at all our destinations and drove very carefully in the rain and traffic for the 3 hour drives each way. Thanks Max for making it such a fabulous day!
