Fantastic 5.0
This was our second time staying at Pod Times Square, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is expected in New York City, but they were clean, comfortable, and perfectly manageable. The location is excellent—there are convenience stores, plenty of restaurants, and subway stations all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. It’s a great base for a New York trip, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Super enjoy kami ni Hubby. Bukod sa mga figures kasi meron din other activities like dancing, singing, and photoshoot areas. Akala namin puro picture picture lang haha may mga ganap din pala. Hindi rin crowded inside kaya parang halos solo namin yung place tho around 11am na kami nagstart. We finished by noon and tama lang yung time. ease of booking on Klook: just present the QR then pasok na agad

This is the second time I've booked this tour which says a lot. The first time was for a solo trip, and this second time was bringing around family. The Tour guide Jay was amazing as he shared a lot of history about the islands and the statue and was very fun and enthusiastic as well.

Tour was a quick way to catch a glimpse of DC from NY. The departure was timely, ride was safe and Bryan was a fantastic guide throughout. He kept us informed, entertained and comfy. I would give 6 stars if I could! The timing can be a bit tight and early, but you will live :)

Here’s a polished and natural-sounding tourist feedback in English: I joined the New York–Boston one-day tour during this trip, and our tour guide was Yorika-san. Her explanations at each sightseeing spot were very detailed, informative, and well organized. She was also very attentive to the needs and situations of the tourists throughout the trip. In addition, she took the time to chat warmly with individual travelers and shared a lot of helpful information, which made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. If I visit New York again in the future, I would definitely love to join another tour led by Yorika-san. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.

The New York City Landmarks and Iconic Sights Tour is an exceptional, well-paced introduction to the city, elevated significantly by guide Tony, whose deep local knowledge, sharp wit, and engaging storytelling bring every corner of the Big Apple to life. The itinerary hits all the must-see highlights—including Grand Central Terminal, Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial, Rockefeller Center, and views of the Statue of Liberty—without feeling rushed or overwhelming. Tony's seamless navigation, attentiveness, and knack for sharing fascinating NYC trivia make the entire experience smooth, entertaining, and highly memorable for both first-timers and returning visitors alike.

What to know before visiting New York

What to do in New York year-round

New York draws most bookings for Museums, Observation decks, Events & shows, Attraction passes and Tours, and Klook booking data shows those categories shape the city's rhythm through the year. The calendar peaks in July when demand is highest, so cultural and skyline experiences are busiest then, while October is the quietest month. Use those patterns to plan: if you want lively shows and full museum programming aim for July; if you prefer fewer crowds at popular viewpoints choose quieter months. Decide whether you want peak-season buzz or lighter crowds — Klook booking data helps you match activities to the city's yearly flow.

When to visit New York

July is the clear high point for visitor numbers, with Peak demand in July, while October is the quietest month with Very quiet levels; Klook booking data records that demand peaks in July and drops most in October. Prices mostly climb into late summer and hover into early autumn before falling sharply in December; the priciest month on Klook was September and the cheapest was December, so crowds and prices don't always move together. For fewer crowds and lower prices, consider December or January; for peak atmosphere and full event calendars, pick July.

Month Demand Level Typical Price
January Busier than usual USD 22
February Busier than usual USD 26
March Quieter than usual USD 22

October Very quiet USD 43
November Quieter than usual USD 42
December Quieter than usual USD 22

Demand is bookings in that month compared with a typical month, from historical Klook booking data, grouped into the demand levels above; typical price is the median paid on Klook in that month; prices are shown with their currency code. Based on Klook booking data, July 2025 – June 2026.

Where to stay in New York

Klook booking data shows The Bronx as the most affordable district with a typical nightly rate around USD 141, while Manhattan sits at the priciest end with a typical nightly rate around USD 273; the gap between them is roughly 48%. Staying in The Bronx tends to suit travellers who prioritise lower nightly costs and are happy with a more budget-focused stay, while Manhattan suits those who prefer being in the city’s central, higher-end hotel scene and are willing to pay more. Choose between budget convenience and central splurge — Klook booking data helps you weigh price against the kind of stay you want.

Tips for travelers from the United States

Most travelers book relatively close to arrival: experiences on Klook are typically booked about 1 day ahead, while the earliest planners book around 11 days out, according to Klook booking data. That means you can often stay flexible and secure many activities a day or two before, but in July — the peak month — consider booking earlier to guarantee slots. Use Klook to compare typical prices and lock in museum or show tickets when your dates are set; booking a little in advance during busy months gives peace of mind without over-planning.
