It was such a pleasant experience staying at Pod Times Square. From booking via Klook up until checkout, everything went smoothly. At the hotel, I arrived pretty early (around 9am) and was just planning to store my luggage so I can start exploring NYC before check in, but the receptionist was so nice and gave me a room right away. All the staff members were very helpful, the hotel was conveniently located near Times Square, and not pricey at all considering its location. Will definitely stay here again when I travel back to New York.

This was our second time staying at Pod Times Square, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is expected in New York City, but they were clean, comfortable, and perfectly manageable. The location is excellent—there are convenience stores, plenty of restaurants, and subway stations all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. It’s a great base for a New York trip, and we’d definitely stay here again.

as a 1st timer in New York i would 100% recommend staying in Pods Times Square. near to all cafes, restaurant, broadway,subway and just a few blocks away from Times Square. staffs are really nice. Room is so clean. Bed is so comfy. i will definitely stay again.
