This was our second time staying at Pod Times Square, and once again, we had a wonderful experience.
The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is expected in New York City, but they were clean, comfortable, and perfectly manageable.
The location is excellent—there are convenience stores, plenty of restaurants, and subway stations all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. It’s a great base for a New York trip, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Our tour guide was incredibly friendly and constantly checked in to ensure we were comfortable. They provided interesting and engaging explanations at each stop, which helped us understand the information well. Although the travel time was a bit long, it was definitely worth it.
