Pricilla was an absolutely wonderful guide for our trip to Hallstatt and Salzburg! She was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable guides we’ve had, and she made the entire day such a memorable experience. She shared so much interesting history and insight about both places while always being warm, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. You can tell she truly cares about making the experience special for everyone. She also took beautiful pictures of us on the trip and even printed them out for us, which really made our trip excellent! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide—thank you, Pricilla, for an amazing day!

I had a wonderful experience with Lily as our tour guide. She has a very pleasant and soothing voice, which made listening to her explanations truly enjoyable throughout the trip. Lily is also extremely polite, friendly, and professional in the way she treated with everyone. What impressed me the most was her deep knowledge and passion for the places we visited. She explained everything clearly and made the history and culture come alive in a way that was easy to understand. She was also very attentive, always making sure that everyone in the group felt comfortable and included. In addition, Lily managed the schedule very well, keeping everything organized while still allowing us enough time to explore and take photos. Her positive attitude and warm personality made the whole experience even more memorable. I highly recommend Lily to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and engaging tour guide. She truly made the trip special.

The Schönbrunn Palace English guided tour was truly a highlight of our Vienna trip! 🏰✨ The palace itself is magnificent, serving as the Habsburg imperial family's summer residence, with opulent interior decorations and each room more splendid than the last. Our guide explained everything very clearly in English, providing detailed insights into the imperial history and the story behind each room. Although there was a lot of information, I felt very enriched after the tour and gained a much deeper understanding of Vienna's history. The best part was being able to leisurely explore the enormous gardens after the tour; the Globe Fountain and Gloriette offered incredibly beautiful views! Booking tickets through Klook was very convenient, and the skip-the-line access meant we didn't have to wait in long queues. If you're interested in history and palaces, I highly recommend joining the English guided tour—it's definitely worth your time! Overall: 10/10, a highly educational and beautiful experience! Our day trip to Hallstatt was unforgettable, thanks to Klook's itinerary. From the meeting time and location (Opera House, 7 AM), the guide's explanations were incredibly clear and easy for a layperson to understand, covering the history of Hallstatt, the history and formation of the salt mines, and the story of the Habsburg dynasty. Once we arrived, the guide led us on a tour of the town, patiently reminding everyone of the meeting times and important details, which gave me the fresh feeling of going on a field trip as a child. Thank you again! Of course, the scenery in Hallstatt is also breathtakingly beautiful. I'm so glad I joined this tour, and I highly recommend it!

A boat trip is so relaxing! You can enjoy coffee and ice cream on the boat while admiring the Danube River—it's truly delightful! Additionally, the monastery is well worth a visit! After the boat trip, you can take photos once you're back on the pier; it's beautiful!

had a great trip with great group of people. the red stone castle was impressive. too bad we did not get to enter Davin castle due to some festival going on. Richard is very accommodating to every guests and a very skillful driver too. He tried his best to fulfill the compact itinerary. would suggest to revise the itinerary to only 2 castles and spend more hours in Bratislava old town. overall it was a great trip.

enjoyed this tour had enough time to Explore both Hallstatt and Salzburg. But next time should spend more time.
