Amsterdam Day trips

Extremely satisfied! The itinerary was perfectly planned. Our driver and tour guide was very humorous, chatting and greeting everyone. His driving was also very reassuring. We had a 1-hour boat tour in Giethoorn, plus nearly 3 hours of free time, which was more than enough. We were able to explore at a leisurely pace and still had time to enjoy a drink and a snack. We were also given a complimentary drink, redeemable at the cheese shop.

First of all, this trip is definitely worth the bucks! There were multiple stops including the windmill, cheese factory, Edam, Volendam & Marken Tour. Personally found that the time in the windmill area was extremely tight, after a few photoshoot we barely had anytime to visit the stores, however places like Edam & Marken Tour I found it a little waste of time as the tour guide stopped and share historic moments in these areas, some of the explanations could’ve been done in the bus ride to reduce time in those area, which were pretty dull. Volendam was an interesting area where we had our lunch recommended by the guide, also more time could be allocated here but overall it was still pleasant. The cheese factory had a nice Dutch Lady sharing how the cheese was processed, there were a good range of cheese for purchase afterward. highly recommended

The meeting point was easy to find. After getting off the bus, the driver first took everyone to board a boat for a canal tour. Afterward, there was free time for activities. On the return trip, the driver also provided bottled water for everyone, which was very thoughtful.

Special thanks to my tour guide of the day, Oli. Oli's solid academic foundation anf storytelling skills is rrally escalating our experience to another level. You can see he has his unique understanding to Anne Frank's diaru, not the typical person who follows a standard script. I can feel his energy and enthusiasm. The 5 star rating is mainly for complicating his professionalism. All in all I would recommend this walking tour to any history enthuaist. And good value for money!

The tour is entirely in English, and the guide is quite attentive in explaining details, as well as pointing out local scam shops and recommending good ones and local specialties. If you're not going to the museum and just taking pictures, shopping, and eating lunch, the activity time is quite sufficient. If you want to explore carefully, the time is a bit tight.

This Countryside & Windmills All-In Tour is extremely good value for money. For just S$55 on Klook, you see so much—it's a much better deal than buying from the local Amsterdam agencies, which charge €45 on the ticket. We loved seeing the inside of a working windmill, watching how clogs are crafted, and catching the Gouda cheese and stroopwafel making demonstrations (plus getting to taste them!). It’s highly educational, fun, and moves at a great, brisk pace. Perfect if you prefer to keep moving and don't want to spend too long in one place. Highly recommended!

Our guide Eric is amazing. He is very nice, funny, polite, and especially informative when it comes to introducing Netherlands and the places knowledge. and a great driver as well. We had such a wonderful experience visiting a traditional cheese farm in Edam and exploring the beautiful village of Volendam. Everything felt so authentic—from learning about the cheese-making process to tasting some of the freshest and most delicious cheeses. 🧀 Volendam was absolutely charming, with its scenic views and cozy atmosphere. We also had one of the best lunches there—definitely a highlight of the trip! 😋 A special mention to our guide, Rob, who made the experience even more memorable. He was very eloquent, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the places we visited. You can really feel his passion for sharing the history and culture. And the cherry on top? Seeing the famous windmills—it truly completed the whole Dutch experience! 🌬️✨ Overall, a perfect tour—highly recommended! 5/5 🫶🏼

Our tour guide, Lei Zhen, was incredibly professional. He explained every itinerary item very clearly and had an excellent service attitude! He was also very attentive to everyone's needs, and the arrangements were seamless. His explanations of the attractions were vivid and engaging, and he introduced us to the local cultural characteristics along the way, giving us a deeper understanding of Amsterdam and its customs. The entire trip was filled with laughter and a great atmosphere! Highly recommended to everyone!
