it was an amazing experience.. i bought a package for me and my family. additional activities to try on can be bought at the site. we enjoyed the jet ski, fly board, flying fish, sea walker, snorkeling, and banana boat. although the water was not crystal clear, snorkeling was still something that you gotta add on your bucket list.

The guide was so kind, the tour was well-organized, and it was the perfect tour for a family. I especially loved the mangrove forest, which I wasn't expecting, and the tea time there was great. However, there was a lot to see on Turtle Island, but the hygiene wasn't great. Aside from the turtles, it was great to see and touch other animals that you wouldn't normally encounter.

I would highly recommend booking with this company if you're looking for a private trip. Honestly, they were very accommodating, even through major changes! They answer all your inquiries quickly and are attentive, making you feel super comfortable. We had a lovely trip and so much fun! We actually tried both the New Born and Sony Lee boats. I would definitely recommend going with Sony Lee for a smoother ride with the Bali waves – it handles the waves better. If you want a hassle-free, enjoyable, and accommodating trip, I definitely recommend this booking.

The redemption process is straightforward, and the children thoroughly enjoy the product. The floats are both charming and generously sized. The delivery of the float occurred prior to our arrival, and the children had a delightful time playing with it. We anticipate placing another order in the future.

Even though I booked the day before, they picked me up smoothly and gave me a very kind tour. The staff were all friendly, cheerful, and very funny. They explained everything clearly, so I was able to enjoy parasailing with peace of mind. They took lots of photos and videos, which made for great memories. I don't think I'll ever forget that view. The boat ride back was also thrilling and fun. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Booking of the float and arrangement of the delivery and receiving was smooth and easy. Staffs are friendly and helpful and we had a great time playing with the float in the pool.

I only did the parasailing experience this time due to other schedule constraints! There were many other activities available, such as banana boat, so I thought it would be nice to try various activities with a half-day plan next time! There are Japanese-speaking staff! They kindly explained the other activities, and all the staff were friendly and engaging from the welcome to the parasailing, so it was very fun! The service was excellent, but there is a risk of dropping your smartphone in the sea, so I couldn't ask the staff to take pictures with my smartphone. Instead, I had to ask a paid photographer to take pictures for 6,000 yen. I felt that was a little expensive.

Experience: The roulette donuts and banana boat were thrilling. The parasailing had beautiful scenery and was worth it. The nasi goreng lunch, chosen from three options, was delicious. The foot massage was more authentic and pleasant than expected.
Instructors: Many were cheerful and funny.
Location: The beach was beautiful and had the atmosphere of a place for water activities, not really for swimming.
Facilities: There are showers, toilets, and lockers. They provide the bare essentials.
