Transport in Okinawa Prefecture

Just bought this pass right before we plan to tour around. It is so easy to use the pass. You need to scan the QR code by the gate. No hassle.

The scenery along the Xiuguluan River is truly worthwhile. It doesn't have to be thrilling; just sitting on the boat and slowly drifting along feels wonderful. At the end, there's even a delicious zongzi to eat, which I think is fantastic 🫶🏻

we chose HACHIIRO as our driver. The driver made a list of things that we would love to see in each order. We went to Cape Manzamo -> lunch (restaurant recommended by our driver)- > Neo Park -> Churaumi Aquarium -> American Village. We had the best day ever. I would recommend this driver. also we will book HACHIIRO for our next trip to Okinawa.

We didn't buy the FastPass, and since we went on a Friday, we had to wait in line for about an hour. We managed to ride Frozen Ever After, Slinky Dog Spin, Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars (super thrilling! 👍🏻), and Dumbo the Flying Elephant (suitable for small children). We also saw the 5:00 PM parade and the nighttime 'Momentous' show. 😍 The fireworks show was incredibly moving. Luckily, we only had a light rain and humidity early in the morning; the rest of the day was perfect. If you have enough time, I recommend buying the +HK$100 two-day pass; it's much more worthwhile and a great deal. Although everyone says Hong Kong Disneyland is small, since we only visit once in a while, we had to choose our favorite characters. 🥹 We also had to queue for rides and pay attention to when the characters appeared. We missed the water show, which was a shame. 🥲 And, of course, taking beautiful photos is a key part of visiting a theme park! 🥰 All in all, it was a 10/10 experience and totally worth it. Everyone says to go to Ocean Park in Hong Kong, but no, no, no, Disneyland is the real deal! 🥰

I took the Ishigaki to Keelung ferry on a weekday. There were very few Japanese passengers, mostly Taiwanese, but there were Japanese-speaking staff on board. The ship's facilities were very clean, with showers and a sauna available. The convenience store only sold Taiwanese products, and the cafe was overpriced, so many people ate items they bought in Ishigaki City in the lounge (there's nothing around the terminal). Since I was traveling alone, I booked the cheapest 15-person room, but there were only two of us in total, so I had plenty of space. I barely felt any rocking and slept comfortably. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a breakfast voucher. It was my first time entering a foreign country by ship, and it was a comfortable experience. I highly recommend it.

Ticket collection is only available at the airport, and the counter closes at 5 PM, so please pay close attention to your airport arrival schedule! *How to find the collection point >1. After arriving on an international flight and collecting your luggage, follow the signs for domestic flights or Yui Rail (monorail) straight ahead (take the escalator up and go straight). 2. When you reach the Yui Rail (monorail) boarding gate, take the escalator next to it down to the 1st floor. 3. The collection point is opposite the information desk on the 1st floor.* / It took about 10 minutes to walk quickly to the location! I boarded at Naha Bus Terminal, and when I bought the ticket, I was told to take a numbered ticket when boarding the bus. However, when going to Churaumi, the bus didn't have a numbered ticket machine, so I didn't take one. I did take one when returning to Naha! (The information display had Korean service when I came! It seems to vary by bus.) Naha Terminal > Churaumi: Boarded the 6:55 AM bus, took about 2 hours and 10 minutes. Churaumi > Naha Terminal: Boarded the 3:37 PM bus, took 3 hours and 30 minutes. The return trip was very congested. The boarding point at Churaumi is on the opposite side of where you were dropped off, across the pedestrian bridge! If there are any Koreans considering this, I highly recommend using it! Even though I'm not good at Japanese or English, I had no problems using it! It's a very affordable and excellent ticket for independent travelers without a car who find packages too restrictive. I highly recommend it!😆

I bought this on Klook just two days before my flight. It said I needed to print a physical voucher, so I immediately went to Lawson to print it. However, the driver's service attitude was terrible; he was completely unapproachable, extremely rude, and pointed his finger at customers. Plus, he didn't even collect the printed voucher.

In Okinawa, if you don't have your own car, the bus is a convenient mode of transportation. It's more convenient to use a bus pass directly, and the price is relatively inexpensive. You won't have to worry about paying for fares for three whole days, which is very practical.
