Great service, friendly and helpful staffs. The benefit of 1 hour prior access to the theme park was great, it saves up a lot on the waiting time and if you would love to take pictures, it’s recommended to do it during that time as there are not much people in the park.

Hotel Location: The hotel is very close to Universal Studios Japan (USJ), allowing us to experience the USJ atmosphere even while at the hotel. Also, we were able to check in early, which allowed us to enter the park smoothly the next day. Service: The front desk staff was very courteous.

Everyone in this hotel is so friendly and especially so nice to the kids. My kids enjoyed feeding fish and birds every morning, enjoyed the fruit and snacks hotel provided every night. we had a great time there last 5 days.

love the location of the hotel - near forbidden city, Wangfujing pedestrian area, lots of good restaurants and shops nearby, and super near the metro. Hotel staff were friendly and quick when we made requests or needed help. the staff was very accommodating just note they don’t really speak English. There’s a washer+dryer in the room and nice kitchen 👌just struggled a bit at night cause we didn’t know how to turn off the light in the counter but other than that nice, clean and comfortable room

We were absolutely delighted with this hotel! 🌿 The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and thoughtful - you immediately feel the atmosphere of comfort. The Chinese-style breakfasts are delicious, and the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea right on the balcony of your room is simply wonderful! The room is cozy, with a balcony, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A nice bonus is the free laundry service. I would also like to highlight the stylish courtyard and common areas - everything is designed with great taste, making it a pleasure to spend time there. The location is just perfect: right next to a shopping street with cafés and stores, and close to a lake with a recreation area for walks and relaxation. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we would be more than happy to come back again! 💗🪭

super cute hotel. Wangfujing street is super interesting lots of restos and shops nearby. s shopping mall is nearby. Also very close to the subway station. Very convenient. staff was very nice and helpful. just wish they clean the rooms more often haha. Free soft drinks at the common area.
