Things to do in Whitsundays

I went on the Great Barrier Reef helicopter tour and the Whitsunday Island National Park snorkeling trip. I absolutely loved it—the experience was incredible, and every staff member was so friendly. A huge thank you to Captain Kevin, Abby, and Ella (sorry if I misspelled your names). I really enjoyed my time on Black Betty!

This is probably the best tour we have ever been on! Merryn and Hayden were such great and enthusiastic crew. We saw humpback whales and then swam with turtles at two secluded spots off Hook Island! It was such an amazing day and great value for money - also felt very safe on the boat ride!

The alcohol was free-flowing and on the more affordable side, but in an atmosphere like this, anything would taste amazing. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Purchased 2 activity tour for puffing billy train, heasville and Yarra choloaterie as well as Phillip island, moonlit sanctuary, nobbies and Brighton beach boxes day tours. The tours were guided by 2 different company. Both guides were knowledgeable and multi tasked as a driver and photographer too. Redemption was fuss free. Sufficient time was provided at each stop to allow us to take photos or have meals. There were some cost savings compared to booking them individually. Recommend to purchase the pass depending whether the activities listed are places you planned to go.

A bit oricey but definitely worth it. Seeing the Whitsundays from above is a must, or if you don't have time for a full day tour to the islands, do consider this. One of the highlights of our trip!

The itinerary was well-planned, and the food was plentiful. Because of the rain, the staff thoughtfully prepared waterproof backpacks. It's just a shame that the weather was so bad; we didn't get to experience the beauty of Whitehaven Beach.

Nice and impressive tour. The instructors are professional and patience. Clear instructions provided. Facilities are clean and well supplied. The view is good.

Amazing experience! The staff were super helpful I went on the tour by myself and one of the staff kindly took a lovely photo of me at the lookout. The view of the Whitsundays was absolutely incredible, the sand at Whitehaven Beach was so white, and the water was stunning. Best day ever! ✨
