My son loves this place because the kids' pool has slides. This is my second stay here. This is an old hotel, but the management takes good care of it. Just that.. There are places where the piping smells clogged, so maybe that should be fixed. The wifi is great! and the beach is just behind the hotel. overall is good!

First time visiting here. Absolutely the best! The kids had a blast. The food was delicious, and the scenery was beautiful with a clean beach and sand. Love Hyatt Kuantan.
