Traveling from Seoul to Busan and vice-versa was extremely convenient with this booking! We also saved at least Php1,000 with the saver promo. The seat reservation was also smooth! It was a relief that we reserved the seats as the train was packed. We will definitely book this again when we go to Busan.

Used this service twice now, great service each time! Arrived right on time and left on time as well :) takes about 1.5hrs in the morning to arrive as said, I think the drive back depends on the traffic that day. Driver just asks for name for confirmation, small 18-person bus ^^ Beautiful island and visit every time I’m in Korea!

Our driver James as an absolute gem. He arrived early at our hotel, communicated to us beforehand. Chatted with us as he drove and shared facts about the area and the places we visited. We did Alpaca World, then Nami Island then Gangchon Rail Bike.

Our family of 5 did a 10hrs car private tour. Driver 朴先生 is very punctual and very helpful The car is spacious and clean. Driver helped us buy tickets at the places of interests and drove safely. The lunch venue which he recommended us was so yummy and we all love it! thank you 朴先生!

We had a wonderful time visiting all the places in our ambitious itinerary. First stop was picturesque Nami Island. Such a magicial island. Second stop was Gangchon Rail Park. An absolutely fun and interactive experience to do with your family. Then, we stopped at Chuncheon Samaksan Mountain Lake Cable Car. The view was amazing above and the cafe overlook views were fantastic. A great way to enjoy the landscape view while sipping coffee or tea. The last stop was the Garden of morningcalm Light Festival. An wow experience and overall beautiful. A must see for the holiday season. Thank you to our driver Seongyong. He was diligent, very accommodating, and ensured we arrived safely to each stop. We did pay extra because our driver spent more than nine hours with us. Our group of 3 was okay with that. The one thing we would do different was lunch. We went to a chicken bbq or Dak Galbi restaurant in Gangchon the driver recommended. That restaurant was a tourist trap and should be skipped.

I 100% recommend this service. Mr Lanson was super professional, caring and accommodating. He explained everything in detail, made sure we knew where everything was and basically did everything for us. From getting the lift tickets to getting my kids equipment. He made it stressed free and we had a great time. We will be using this services again. I would give 100 stars to Mr Lanson if I could

I booked KTX train tickets from Gangneung to Seoul Station on Klook, and the price was cheaper than on the official website. Plus, it came with a free one-way AREX express ticket! Highly recommend! It's just a shame I couldn't buy tickets for the outbound journey, as they were sold out!
