My husband and I booked this to start our trip in Boracay and we loved the treatment! It was so relaxing that we both fell asleep during the massage~ Prior to that, they used a coffee scrub and there’s a shower where you can rinse it off before the actual massage. We also had a choice among 3 scents for the massage oil: lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint. As for the staff, they were so attentive; they adjusted the pressure whenever we asked. They also gave us ginger tea before AND after the treatment. Would highly recommend, plus it’s very convenient to get to! It’s along the beach of Station 2, right beside Shawarma Shack.

I went there for a Hilot massage and royal spa treatment on different occasions. The staff were attentive, applied the right amount pressure, and considerate to your needs. Plus, they offered to do laundry for your current outfit and easy shuttle transportation to bring you to/from the spa location. I highly recommend!

my family and i had a really relaxing and rejuvenating experience. therapists were very respectful, accommodating and hospitable. it was our second time and this will definitely not be the last! This is certainly one of our must-dos in Boracay!!!

It was a great hour-and-a-half experience. It was nice that it wasn't too hot during the massage, and having a shower room was a plus. I think other travelers would also enjoy visiting. I highly recommend it.

I won’t comment on the price, but compared to local prices, it is mid-range. The place is quiet and clean, and the massage is quite good. I booked here for three consecutive days. However, if you take a tricycle to Angol Beach, getting back can be difficult and requires quite a bit of walking. The location is also not easy to find. Although I had booked all three days in advance, my reservation was not properly confirmed on the first day, so I had to wait. I recommend confirming your reservation again before you visit.

La Carmela de Boracay is one of the niecest hotel na front beach easy access to all near dmall. and with free hot and cold anywhere in hoteo madali makakuha.and attentive mga staff and allways greated with a smile mga staff.. over all good and recommended this hotel.. Affordable and great service.

hotel location: far from the capital of the boracay but you have your own beach and amenities. very exclusive to its guest if you want a peaceful and less crowded beach and place
transport access: 24/7 free transpo back and forth to hotel and around the resort also dmall ( by schedule)
breakfast: free buffet there’s salad, bread and asian course. they also have kids meal (cereals)
service: top notch staff are very polite and friendly. they always greets guests and if you have any questions and don’t hesitate to ask them
cleanliness: very clean hotel and resort. if you want you can ask for them to makeup the room.
price: food - 500php less or more drinks 200php+ with 10% service chargw

My second stay was in the east wing, love that they all have balconies in all their rooms. the best thing about mandarin is hotel is the staff. regardless of how delicious their food are, how big and clean their pool, how nice their acoustic singer or how elegant their building sitting in the front beach, no one can ever forget the warmth and the hospitality of their staff, my singaporean partner who came with my and its his first time in the phils was so impressed and amazed of how everyone is so accomodating and welcoming. when i invited him to visit the country i was really hoping that he gets to witness our filipino spirit and all the staff exceeded all his expectation and im so happy with that. thank you again mandarin bay especially all the receptionist, valets, restaurant staffs and most of all front desk team, winner kayo! see you all again next time.

My second wonderful stay at Henann Lagoon! First time was in a Premier Room, and this time in a Deluxe Room. The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness throughout, particularly in the rooms. The staff are super polite and highly attentive to guests' needs. Plus, the buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious. Will definitely keep coming back!
