When in Boracay, it’s a must to book HOHO and island tours and activities with Southwest, very efficient, the value for money was well beyond expectations. The crew are very professional and as a tourist, you do not need to think if you need to give them a tip or not because as i can see they are well compensated. Everything was properly coordinated and they are well linked with every hotel and every destination. The lunch for the island tour was unlimited seafood buffet where you will wonder how you are going to consume all of it, well thought of.

Seamless and hassle-free transfer experience. While a speedboat and direct hotel door-to-door pickup would have been even more ideal, the service delivered exactly what we paid for — convenience and efficiency. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating throughout, making the entire trip smooth and stress-free.

We tried the HOHO bus in Boracay, and it made getting around so much easier. There was no need to keep looking for a trike every time. The bus was clean, the ride was smooth, and the driver and bus assistants were nice. It’s a simple and stress-free way to explore the island. I’d honestly use it again. 🌴🚌

Availed of MyBoracayGuide’s transport service from the airport to the hotel & back as part of a family of five.
At first, it seemed like a premium-priced service, but I quickly realized that what we were paying for was efficiency, convenience, and peace of mind. The service includes private vehicular transfers and fast-track processing at the jetty ports. There was no queuing, no ticket purchasing, and no unnecessary delays. From the airport meet up their team assisted us every step of the way, making the entire transfer easy.
The van was a standard commuter vehicle, and the boat ride to Boracay was shared. However, the real value came from the priority boarding, express lanes, and dedicated ushers who guided us throughout the entire process.
Overall, I would definitely book again. The staff were friendly and professional. Four people assisted us the entire time, and they even provided bottled water upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch.

It was definitely worth paying the extra expense for this service. From arrival at Caticlan to our hotel was at most 40 minutes including 2 shuttles and the private boat ride. We didnt have to lift a finger for any of our luggage and all the tickets and port fees we're included. It would have taken at least a couple hours in the super hot sun riding trikes and waiting in lines and dragging around all your luggage. And everyone did it with a smile and was so kind. Definitely highly recommend this service and company!

You could never go wrong with them. From airport pick-up to hotel drop-off SW staff will make your boracay journey smooth and worry-free! Defenitely worth to try and experience their services. Kudos to Southwest team staff! they will assist you genuinely from start to end as well as the hop-on & hop-off team they make our DIY Land tour easily. Parawsailing was a wonderful activity. It's a must-do when in Boracay. The only thing is that it was still very hot when the activity started. I was hoping it would start at sunset, but it didn't, lol. So, I don't have many pictures with the sun setting while parawsailing. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd love to do it again.
