The driver planned the day with three main stops, spending the bulk of the time at Chaka Salt Lake in the afternoon and ensuring I stayed until nearly sunset time —the ideal time for photography. The long drive was comfortable thanks to the great car, and the driver used a translator app to provide helpful guidance at every stop.

The trip was truly unforgettable with breathtaking views. Mr. Ma and his hardworking driver accompanied us for over 12 hours, with the trip starting at 7 am. Mr. Ma was very patient in helping us take countless beautiful pictures and shared the fascinating history and stories behind every site. Overall, the trip is both enjoyable and educational. Highly recommended and worth every single cent if you want to experience Qinghai Lake and Chaka Salt Lake.
