Fantastic 5.0
Absolutely fantastic tour! The Grand Holland Rotterdam and The Hague Guided Day Tour was very comprehensive, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable from start to finish. We covered so many beautiful and iconic places without ever feeling rushed. Huge thanks to our excellent tour guide, Lucas, who was knowledgeable, entertaining, and made the entire experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic 5.0
A great place to visit to look at the places in Netherlands; also wonderful to take many pictures and spend time when the weather’s perfect.

Fantastic 5.0
driver Pete was an excellent tour guide, experienced and very knowledgeable. the timing at each stop was prefect. He knew his way around and avoided extra walking to get us to the closest distance at each stop.

Great 4.0
I visited because I love Escher's work so much, but it was disappointing that they weren't originals. If they had even displayed original prints, the artwork would have felt more alive and impactful. A double scoop of disappointment.

What to know before visiting The Hague

What to expect in The Hague

This Things to Do catalogue is led by Museums, Cable cars, Tours and Attraction passes, giving a mix of cultural sights, short scenic rides and guided experiences suited to varied trip styles. That spread means you can fill museum days, add a quick cable-car experience, or book a guided tour depending on how much time or budget you have. Demand peaks in April and eases to its quietest in January, so availability feels tightest in April and most relaxed in January.

How to choose what to book

The main question is whether you want a budget-friendly entry or a fuller guided experience — decide between low-cost sights and guided tours. For the widest range look at Tours where the typical price is USD 53 and the upper end reaches USD 57, offering both entry-level and higher-end options to suit different trip styles. Cable cars are the most affordable way in with a typical price of USD 17, and their narrow price spread means shopping around gains little. Museums sit in the middle with a typical price of USD 24, where what’s included can vary more between basic entry and specialised experiences.

When travellers from the United States book

Most travellers book very close to travel — typically 1 day ahead — while the earliest planners book around 10 days ahead. Plan on booking within the week before travel for routine experiences, and allow extra time in April when demand peaks.

How prices compare across categories

The table shows typical prices and the usual booking range for the city's top categories so you can set a budget before choosing.

Category Typical Price Usual Range
Museums USD 24 USD 23 – 24
Cable cars USD 17 USD 17 – 17
Tours USD 53 USD 49 – 57
Attraction passes USD 23 USD 23 – 23

Typical price is the median paid on Klook; the usual range covers the middle half of bookings, so cheaper and pricier options exist outside it; prices are shown with their currency code. Based on Klook booking data, August 2025 – July 2026.
