You can pick up the car at Sendai Station and return it at the airport, which is very convenient. The car was new and clean, and the staff were very friendly. They will drive you to the airport (it's a 3-minute ride).

The car pickup and shuttle service was convenient, and the staff provided thorough and polite explanations. The Serena is equipped with comprehensive driver-assistance technology, including blind-spot monitoring and cruise control, making highway driving very convenient. Purchasing TEP and renting an ETC card allowed for smooth travel on expressways and national roads. There was ample space for five people and all our luggage.

The prices are transparent, the staff is friendly, and the car was in excellent condition with a Chinese GPS navigator. The vehicle handover process was clear and efficient. I would definitely come again! The only downside is that the staff doesn't speak Chinese, so communication relied on English and translation software.
