This coffee class is so good. They demonstrated how we should made traditional Vietnamese coffee. Salute to Pa for being so helpful and well versed. It was fun making doing the class. Highly recommended! instructor: Pa was 10/10 experience: Amazing
We got a confirmation the day before and got a lovely experience with our host PA! The location was easy to find with their guide and we were seated quickly and got to learn a lot of history of robusta and arabica beans. We got to learn the art of phin drip and recipes we can take to home such as cafe sua da (brown coffee or condensed milk coffee), egg coffee, coconut coffee, and cocktail coffee. It was such a fun and immersive experience. I highly recommend coming here to learning more about Vietnamese coffee.
I enjoyed my time with Simon. He is a really good host, barista, and teacher. We had a great time, and he also sent us the recipes to follow after the workshop.
Piey is so well versed in Vietnamese coffee culture. Great personality for such an inclusive deep dive into coffee and how it's made. I recommend her 1000%. The small class size makes the experience a bigger plus.
The coffee workshop was amazing and matched exactly as per description and photos, our teacher was amazing and very patient. We learnt alot of about the Vietnamese coffee culture. Would definitely recommend everyone to do it.
An experience that I feel like people shouldn't miss out on when going to Vietnam! We had a fun time with Collin. He's very knowledgeable and have imparted a good experience to us on that day! 'Til this day, I couldn't forget the Marie and his egg coffee. Yum!
as a coffee hobbyist, this has been the main highlight of my trip to Hanoi. Through this workshop, I found a renewed appreciation to Vietnamese Robusta. I also didn't expect to love coconut coffee as much as I did. Simon was very nice and knowledgeable. They even shared the recipes for us to try at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
we were picked up at the hotel later than the expected time, we were getting nervous since the class starts at 9am but no one’s contacting us yet. they eventually arrived and we were dropped off to the location. the class with Mark ( not sure) was very informative and fun! he was really patient and helpful to those who can’t speak or understand english. We had delicious coffee! more tasty than some of the ones from a cafe. A must try activity especially if its the rainy season
