What to expect

This stadium tour, which started in 2023 at Hokkaido Ballpark F Village, takes you to areas that are usually off-limits. In addition to visiting the ballpark and the interview area where press conferences are held, you can enjoy the impressive facilities, such as the 70-meter-high glass wall that lets in natural light and the massive 10,000-ton retractable roof, from the same field of view as the players. The tour is guided by the Fighters Girl and includes an interpreter, so you can fully enjoy the experience. *Please note that the confirmed time slot from your requested time slots will be announced after your reservation is complete.

【Perfect Score 💯 Review | Hokkaido Ballpark Chinese Guided Tour Experience】 Participating in the Chinese guided tour at ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO this time was truly beyond my expectations! We checked in 10 minutes before the start at the Coca-Cola entrance. I initially thought we'd have to queue with other Japanese tourists, but since we booked the Chinese guided tour, we just needed to find the KLOOK exclusive staff. The process was very smooth, which is incredibly thoughtful for foreign visitors. The entire tour was led by the Japanese cheerleaders of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, who took us to different parts of the ballpark. Simultaneously, KLOOK's accompanying Chinese-speaking guide provided additional explanations, so there was absolutely no need to worry about not understanding! They also really understood what Taiwanese visitors wanted to see, which was a huge plus~~~~. For example, when we wanted to take photos related to Taiwanese players like Gu Lin, Sun Yi-Lei, and Lin Chia-Cheng, the Chinese guide quickly led us to suitable photo spots and even proactively helped us take pictures. Their attitude was friendly and professional, making the experience even better. This tour also took us through different seating areas, allowing us to see the ballpark from various perspectives. We even had the chance to sit in Coach Shinjo's exclusive seat and learned about why he chose certain chair colors – it was truly fascinating!! The most moving part was being able to actually step onto the ballpark's grass field. That moment was truly breathtaking, a dream come true for any baseball fan. Although the tour only lasted about an hour, and it was a bit of a shame that we didn't get to see the bullpen this time (something to unlock on a future visit), the overall content was very enriching. Plus, the tour route might vary each time, which makes me want to visit again even more. 1. They took many photos for us – so thoughtful! 2. The Chinese explanations perfectly hit on what Taiwanese visitors wanted to hear! 3. Being able to see various different locations offered a completely different experience from watching a game. 4. Stepping onto the field was truly moving. If you come to Hokkaido and visit this ballpark, I highly recommend taking the Chinese guided tour~ It's definitely the most worthwhile experience of the entire trip 👏

Review for: Basic Tour with Chinese or English Guide (12:00 / 12:30 / 13:00)

In addition to being a tour guide, the cheerleading team also had another translator to accompany them. They went to many places that they couldn't usually go to, including million-yen seats a year, press conference rooms, VIP rooms, player seats, and close-range lawn parades. It was very interesting. The only drawback was that There is no special connection. We walked here from Kitahiroshima Station. It was very pleasant to walk slowly and watch the street view for 40 minutes. The overall feeling was perfect.

Today's tour guide, Ken, was absolutely excellent! Having a Chinese-speaking guide allowed us to learn so much more about the team's history and various design details. It was a truly worthwhile experience.

The tour guide's voice was too low, and the explanations weren't thorough enough. However, I'm still happy to have been able to visit and have Chinese explanations available!

A huge thank you to Ken for the incredibly detailed explanation. This tour took us to many areas that regular fans can't access. If you're interested in baseball but don't speak Japanese, I highly recommend this tour!

Our Chinese-speaking guide, Ken, was fantastic! As a true Fighters fan himself, he led the baseball tour with passion and enthusiasm. He can also communicate in Taiwanese.

This was my first time visiting a baseball stadium, and I really needed a Chinese-speaking guide to help with translation so I could better understand the facilities and explanations. During the tour, it happened to be just the two of us, and the overall service felt excellent!

The meeting point was easy to find. We were very lucky that our family was the only one on the Chinese guided tour today, allowing us to focus on listening to the guide's translation and sharing of all the details about the stadium. Additionally, the weather was beautiful today, so the stadium roof was open, and we were even luckier to see the players practicing on the field. If you visit Hokkaido, you must come and see this beautiful stadium. Choosing the Chinese guided tour makes the trip even more worthwhile!

Even though it's not the season, it's worth a visit. The stadium has an openable roof and natural grass. The tour allows you to walk on the clay court, and the stadium mascot is very cute.
