The overall trip to Florence and Pisa was great, yet the vehicle assigned for the 3/4-hour transfer in between Rome to Florence/Pisa was not as comfortable
if I could give zero stars I would. Made a special trip to Rome for the tour cost me $410 aud in accommodation and travel. Arrived at pick up point early. Tour operator never showed up. Klook support had me wait 2 hours. They were very unhelpful. I have contacted support 10 times 4 in the first 2 hours waiting as I was told the driver was still coming. Klook support cut me off a number of times if you don't reply to live message in about 30 seconds then you have to start again. Still can't get an answer if I will be getting a refund. A terrible and very costly day.
The guide was disorganized and the walking tour fell flat for us. Kudos though to the driver (Fabio) who was very kind.
