Quite tiring tour. Lots of walking and climbing. Much suitable to healthy people and younger people
Our tour guide Jason was amazing! He kept us entertained all day and was willing to tailor the tour to ensure we saw everything we wanted.
The tour took me to a serene and picturesque destination, away from the crowds. The guided bushwalk was very relaxing and enjoyable. The pickup service from Sydney city made the trip stress-free, eliminating the need to worry about transportation. Additionally, the small group size allowed for a personalized experience, with the guide being available to answer questions. Overall, it was a wonderful tour that allowed me to appreciate the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains.
Highly recommended day tour, bery informative tour guide, had so much fun during the trip. The weather was great to see a panorama view of blue mountains.

Scotty did a great job with his historical commentary and making sure everyone in the group had a good experience
The scenery of the Blue Mountains is truly beautiful! At each stop, I felt like, 'How can this place be so beautiful?!' However, because the itinerary was so rushed, we only stayed for a short time at each stop, just enough to get out, take a picture, and leave. There wasn't much opportunity to really stop and appreciate the beauty. The itinerary felt very rushed; even lunch was included with a viewpoint and restroom stop for only 45 minutes. Except for the last viewpoint, the time at each place was very tight. This itinerary is suitable for travelers who want to take photos and check off the location, but not for people who want to really enjoy the beautiful scenery. It seems this tour is provided by a mid-sized Australian travel agency. After picking up everyone, there was a flat tire, so we had to change vehicles mid-trip. The travel agency sent an email to all passengers immediately, informing them of the progress and transporting the passengers on the bus to a rest stop to wait for another bus and tour guide to pick us up. Because of the sudden incident, we accidentally left our bag on the original bus. The travel agency very sincerely helped us by taking us to the bus parking lot after the tour to retrieve our bag and then drove us back to the hotel. Although there was a flat tire, we arrived back in Sydney half an hour earlier than scheduled, perfectly avoiding the Sydney afternoon rush hour. There were 14 people on the bus, including three groups of 4 people. We were the first group of 4 to board, and also the only four Chinese people on the bus. When we got on, we were assigned to sit in the cramped back row of the minibus. I couldn't put my foot flat on the floor due to the injury from an accident. We thought that, unlike other tours where it's first come, first served, the seats on this tour were assigned. We later found out that the seats were not fixed. When the second group of four boarded, we heard the leader asking them where they wanted to sit. We were curious as to why it had been this way for us, but because our tour leader changed later, we couldn't ask the real reason. If you have specific physical needs, you may need to check with the travel agency in advance. Also, the tour leader spoke English very quickly and did not slow down for the Chinese speakers, unlike other tours that slow down their explanations for Chinese speakers. For Chinese speakers who are not very proficient in English, it would be very difficult to understand. If I have the chance to go to the Blue Mountains again, I would rather go on my own instead of taking a tour, so I can properly explore such a beautiful place.
Given long drive time into Blue Mountain area, might be good to remove wildlife park from itinerary and go straight into the Blue Mountain from the get-go, maximising experience in limited day trip time. As it is, we really only started about 2-3 hours after hotel pickup, given wildlife time and lunch time. Strictly speaking, some trails like the one to Wentworth Falls via under cliff trail were not completely suitable for city people unused to walking in these conditions; it would take a small slip on the rock path to potentially sustain a bad injury, at best. Very good views from the various lookout points. Scenery would impress travellers who have not seen similar views in NZ, US or China.
