Beach Landing Tandem Skydive Experience

Booked 2 days before the jump, was informed 1 day before that the big plane (for 5 pax) was on maintenance but a smaller plane will be provided for 2 pax. We had 3 pax so we decided to proceed by splitting up. Our jump was supposedly at 10.30am but we waited till 12.30pm for the 1st pair to do the sky dive as there were delay due to the airshow weekend at GoldCoast. Right after that, I was informed that the big plane was ready for the rest of the jump and it took 4pax on the plane. They could have informed us and put all 3 of us on the same plane for a better experience. Regardless, the crew was very friendly and nice throughout! The tandem instructors were all very humorous and making jokes and super professional. The beach landing view was stunning!! It’s my 2nd skydiving and this view is one in a million. Recommend to all! We bought the video+photo and it was sent to us via a google link about 2-3hrs. It was very well edited!

I chose the Gold Coast for my first skydiving experience because I was drawn to the coastal scenery. The skydiving company sent a WhatsApp message the day before, informing me that my scheduled 10:30 AM jump was moved up to 8:30 AM due to air traffic control. The staff were excellent and patiently explained everything. On the day of the jump, the staff closely monitored the weather. We couldn't jump at 8:30 AM as planned due to thick clouds and rain, but after waiting an hour, we were able to depart and successfully complete the skydive. I also purchased the photo and video package, and I received the video and photos that same afternoon. The results were very good.

I made my booking the day before and was contacted to reschedule my skydive from 11:30 AM to 8:30 AM. I would have preferred my original time slot, as I was hoping for better visibility and warmer weather. Still, it turned out well — I got to meet two other solo jumpers and a couple, and together we made a great group. Rolly was the instructor assigned to me, and I’d say I was the luckiest! He’s honestly the warmest and most accommodating person. He gave clear instructions and was kind enough to guide and remind me every step of the way. I’m also really happy with the photos and videos he took — they turned out great! I’m so glad I finally made this happen. I’ll definitely do it again! Highly recommended for your first skydiving experience.

We booked a skydiving experience on March 25, 2024. It was a pity that it was canceled due to weather problems on that day. Customer service handled the refund very quickly.

The instructors were all great! I chose the package with videos and photos, and the video edited by the shop was truly amazing. It was edited so well, like something out of a movie! Plus, landing on the beach was absolutely beautiful. This skydiving experience was really worth it.

Although the first experience is really scary, the instructors are very good and will guide carefully. I am very happy to have the experience of skydiving. I will want to come again next time.
