Sendai Naruko Gorge & Ginzan Onsen Autumn Leaves Tour

Despite the forecast for rain, the weather at both sites remained mostly dry, and we were incredibly lucky to witness the peak of the autumn foliage at two stunning locations. Because the leaves were wet, their colors appeared even more vivid. We also saw rainbows, twice on the way to Naruko-kyo and at the gorge itself. Our guide, Shun-san, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He spoke not only about the history and geography of the area, but also shared great tips on things to do and places to eat in Sendai. He even told us about a Dragon Quest event and a Pokémon shop—his stories were very interesting ! Overall, the tour was fantastic and it has become one of our most memorable trips! ありがとうございました！

The itinerary timing was perfect. Visiting during the autumn foliage season allowed us to see the breathtakingly beautiful, hillside-covering red maple leaves, and even a rainbow 🌈! I also want to commend our tour guide, Shun, who was very diligent and responsible at each stop, providing explanations and even preparing hand-drawn maps and photos to illustrate. I'm very satisfied and enjoyed this day trip!

Our guide this time was Yoshi-san, a Japanese person. He enthusiastically and cheerfully introduced the itinerary and his own funny stories in English, and he was also responsible in guiding the group members at each attraction, making this trip even better.

The tour guide, Yoshi san, is very politely and responsible. We learned a lot of culture, food and history of the sightseeing spots from his detailed explanation. Both Ginzan Hot Spring and Narukokyo Gorge are gorgeous and worth visiting.

I joined a one-day maple leaf viewing tour, and although the autumn leaves weren't at their peak color in early November, they were still very beautiful. The tour guide also carefully introduced the attractions, but because bears have recently been appearing in the northeast, I was a little worried. The tour guide reminded the group members not to go to secluded paths. Overall, it was worth participating in.

This itinerary includes two places, namely Ginzan Hot Spring and Naruko Gorge. It just so happens that this is the time when the maple leaves are turning red in the Northeast. You will definitely not be disappointed. This is especially true for the small Ginzan Hot Spring.

The weather forecast for October 31, 2025, predicted 100% rain, but fortunately, the actual weather was only cloudy. Our guide, Elina, was from Taiwan, which was a pleasant surprise to meet someone from my homeland. The time allotted at both Ginzan Onsen and Naruko Gorge was very sufficient. The weather was comfortable, and the autumn foliage was absolutely stunning. I'm very satisfied with this trip!

A highly recommended trip for the autumn folliage! Our guide was so nice. He shared lots of stories about sendai and even showed us actual pictures of the places we are going to visit during the briefing. The drive was comfortable and they made sure to have a stop for restroom breaks. The places we visited are in peak autumn folliage. The time we spent for every spot is adequate for us to see everything and have a meal. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The October 31, 2025 itinerary only included Ginzan Onsen and Naruko Gorge, so there was plenty of time to spend at each location. I was very lucky to have chosen the right date and highly recommend participating in this tour.

The tour guide service was good, and the driver drove very smoothly. I fully experienced the benefits of taking a day tour. I would join a Klook tour again if I have the opportunity next time.
