• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, no waiting will be provided for late arrivals.
• Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full travel services, with no additional tour leader. After arriving at the attractions, you are free to explore. Please be aware of this.
• On the day of the itinerary, due to factors such as road conditions, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed, so please be aware. The times mentioned above are estimates only. • The best time for maple viewing may be advanced or delayed due to weather conditions. Once the group decides to depart, even if it is not the best time, the tour will proceed on the original date, and reservations cannot be canceled for free on this ground. Please be aware.
• The meal content may be adjusted due to factors such as the restaurant's ingredients on the day, and will be subject to the actual situation.
• Please note that the winter Ginzan Onsen shuttle bus may require on-site queuing, and we ask for your understanding.
• In the event of weather-related factors, the Mogami River cruise will be suspended, and the cruise fee will be refunded. Alternative plans will be adjusted according to the conditions of the day, and it may only be possible to increase the visiting time at other attractions. Thank you for your understanding.
• Depending on the schedule of the Mogami River boat cruise, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted. Ginzan Hot Spring is not necessarily the final stop.
• Depending on the schedule of the Mogamigawa boat cruise, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted. You may encounter closures of the Naruko Gorge walking trail, but the observatory will not be affected. Thank you for your understanding.

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
• You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
