• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, no waiting will be provided for late arrivals.
• Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full travel services, with no additional tour leader. After arriving at the attractions, you are free to explore. Please be aware of this.
• On the day of the itinerary, due to factors such as road conditions, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed, so please be aware. The times mentioned above are estimates only. Please avoid arranging other activities after the itinerary on the same day. Our company will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to delays, and we ask for your understanding.
• Bus seating is subject to on-site arrangement and cannot be specified. We appreciate your understanding.
• The Ginzan Onsen shuttle bus needs to be arranged independently, with a cost of 500 - 1000 JPY. Please refer to the on-site fees, as there may be a possibility of additional charges on-site if there is a significant price increase.
• The best time for maple viewing may be advanced or delayed due to weather conditions. Once the group decides to depart, even if it is not the best time, the tour will proceed on the original date, and reservations cannot be canceled for free on this ground. Please be aware.
• The meal content may be adjusted due to factors such as the restaurant's ingredients on the day, and will be subject to the actual situation.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
