Jeju Eastern/ Western/ Hydrangea/ Seongsan Ilchulbong/ Private Tour

During the trip, I found out that the museum was closed; why they sold the tour without knowing that the museum was closed that day is not clear. I didn't receive any messages by email. Be prepared that this is just a transfer from point to point, the driver is pleasant, tried to be helpful, but does not speak English. The route itself was interesting and beautiful, with the exception of the studio with photo areas. And although the sakura had not yet fully bloomed, the driver took us to beautiful places, left us at beautiful points if we asked, overall the impressions of the tour were good. it was a mini-group in a comfortable mini/bus. Our group was friendly and fun

This is my best tour from K-looks. It captured what Jeju is. Though it rained the early part of the day, still we were able to enjoy the tour. Our guide, Ms. Yin was friendly, energetic and very pleasant. Ms. Yin made the tour extra special.

The tour guide was very kind and gave us a lot of travel information. He also provided us with raincoats, water, etc. The whole trip went smoothly. Although the cherry blossoms had not yet bloomed, the tour guide suggested that we take distant photos of the rapeseed flowers, which are actually very beautiful. Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak is beautiful on a clear day. I really want to go with a group again! Thank you very much to tour guide Yin for giving me an unforgettable day!

they cancel our tour with out a notice. we waited at the arrival spot for 1 1/2 hours and they never showed up we try calling them with out an aswer. they finally responder to a what’sup text saying they email us with cancellation due to weather problems but there was never an email or anything. there was another couple waiting with us with the same problem. we are waiting for our refund. I think they are very unprofessional, and they made us waist our time. we weren’t able to get another tour 😫😤

Communication was easy with the local guide through WhatsApp. Enjoyable tour. The highlight of the tour is the Snoopy garden house. We totally enjoyed the tour.

Tour was cancelled without notice so would like to get a refund. Another couple was waiting for a long time and they were able to contact Klook using whatsapp and the person who replied mentioned an email was sent 2 days prior for the cancellation. Would like to know what happened and when we will get the refund.
