Doesn’t even get one star. Arrived early at meeting point. No one ever approached us. Waited 45 minutes and then complained to Klook. Another Klook tour to Everland was there as well. It was well organized with someone with a Klook flag who took names and directed people to a waiting bus. We just stood around getting cold and wet. Asked for refund.
