Reviews
Had a memorable and fun learning journey to the Royal Palace of Madrid as Jorge our humorous and energetic guide from Julia Tours took us through this historic building. We were introduced to a brief history of Spain and then told anecdotes about the lives and intrigues of the royalty as we move through several ornate rooms. Loved the clocks, chandeliers, stradiveri violins and cellos and the grand banquet room which is used till today. Highly recommend this tour for a good glimpse into the personalities who lived in the palace!
The guided tour is definitely worth it because you avoid the long lines to get inside. Also without a guide you would miss a lot of the history and background around the palace and its rooms.
the best part is you can skip the line and save you a lot of time. Palace definitely worth a visit.
the tour guide well explained the history of the palace, worth to visit the palace.
Enjoyed the tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid with great history and explanation from the our tour guide
The meeting point was easy to find, and the tour guide was kind and friendly with good knowledge and eloquence. Importantly, their English accent wasn't too heavy. The provided earpiece made listening to the explanations very convenient, making this a great option for visiting the Royal Palace of Madrid.
It is highly recommended that you follow the tour guide to visit. The palace is very beautiful inside. Although I chose a bilingual tour, it did not affect the visit. There were only 4 people participating that day. We all wore headphones provided by the tour guide, so we would not be unable to hear the sound due to the large number of people.
It is very convenient to get tickets, and the tour guide is also very knowledgeable. The tour guide route is very smooth and will explain the history of the palace and the unique stories of the building. The Royal Palace of Madrid is worth a visit!
This tour gathers in front of the Royal Palace and is led by a tour guide to visit on foot. The tour guide explains in detail, and each hall inside the palace has its own characteristics.
This was a great tour. Our guide Catherine was great, answered questions well, and gave tips on what to look at, and what to take pictures of :) . The Royal Palace is definitely a must see. Historical and grand. Julia travel was also near the Royal Palace, so meet up was very convenient. it was just maybe less than 5 minutes away. Glad we booked with a tour guide, so we didnt have to wait in a long line, unlike if you just purchased tickets without. We only had to line up for maybe 5 mins for the security.
