SCape by HARNN Spa at CentralwOrld in Bangkok

Booking a spa experience was high on my list during my trip to Thailand, and I'm thrilled I chose Scape. Coming from Dubai, where spa services are notoriously pricey, Scape offered an indulgent experience at a fantastic price, something I could never imagine back home. The spa is conveniently located right in a mall, making it easily accessible. Yet, once inside, it feels like a completely different world. The ambiance and scents instantly calm you, and the premium quality of their products is evident, leaving my skin feeling and smelling wonderful. The staff were incredibly welcoming, with my therapist Nook providing attentive and personalized care. I was so relaxed during my massage and facial that I actually fell asleep! Each private room comes fully equipped with its own shower and complete toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, sanitizer, and body wash, adding to the overall luxurious feel. The cherry on top was the delightful welcome drink and the tea and light snacks provided after the session. I can't recommend Scape enough and am already looking forward to booking another session on my next visit!

The service at the spa was good, but the location was hard to find. Next time, I'll just focus on the body massage part, since the facial massage was only about 10 minutes long - most of the time had to be used for washing my face and putting on a mask, so there wasn't enough time for a full facial massage. Overall, the body massage part didn't feel long enough because so much time was taken up by the facial stuff.

The place was new and sparkling clean. Super love the interior design. Located in central world, a convenient place to be. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every moment feels special. And the tea… absolutely divine – fragrant, soothing, and the perfect ending to a flawless spa experience. Every detail here whispers luxury and care. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my next visit.

first time visiting this outlet. have been to the heritage spa by harnn but this is much better. packaging includes body scrub, body massage and head massage… very relaxing and the spa products smell so nice!

Drinks will be provided before and after the treatment. You can also enjoy dried fruits and nuts after your treatment. The foot bath before the massage was a nice massage machine. Shampoo, body soap, body cream, etc. were available, and Dyson hair dryers had several different heads, so I was able to try them out. Even with the lights turned up indoors, it's not a good place to put on makeup. There was a mirror, but it was inconvenient because it was on the opposite side of the table. I think the massage depends on the skill of the person in charge. This time, I didn't find it a good fit overall, including the amount of pressure, the shiatsu points, and the fact that it seemed like the time my hands had to stop during the massage was a little long. (When I asked for adjustments regarding the amount of force or room temperature, they responded every time.)

Service is good, but price is a bit pricey for the service. perhaps it is because the place is located steategically. Eventhogh the service is good and no complain from me but this will be the first and my last experience

The spa facility on the 1st floor of Central World is very pleasant, and I feel like I have paid attention to it in many ways. All the oils smell so good that it was a pleasant concern. suggestion!
