You need to make a reservation in advance by email or phone. The reservation process was quite easy, and I had no difficulties at all. The branch is located on the 2nd floor of CentralWorld and is very spacious, modern, clean, and luxurious. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and the staff quickly confirmed my reservation. I was offered a welcome drink and some snacks while waiting. The check-in process was very smooth. The staff helped me change into slippers, took care of my shoes, and gave me an iPad where I could select my preferred massage pressure and indicate which areas I wanted the therapist to focus on or avoid. I really liked this system because it made it easy to communicate my preferences. The spa itself is very spacious and well-maintained, with a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. I was very impressed with the facilities and overall cleanliness. After the massage, I was invited to enjoy some tea and mango sticky rice, which was a lovely way to finish the experience.

The environment is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the masseuse's technique is good. Before I knew it, 90 minutes had passed quickly. One of the best experiences we’ve had in BKK. The massage rooms were spacious and cozy. The ambience is very relaxing. We arrived a bit earlier than our booking time but they were able to accommodate us. Just make sure to email them at least 2 days before your preferred schedule.
