Wada - Michelin Starred Kaiseki in Sapporo

The restaurant was easy to find. The staff were very friendly and the environment of the place was peaceful and relaxing. Food were prepared with meticulous care and serving portions were adequate. Highly recommended!

Wada was a great Kaiseki experience. The chef was very friendly. Everyone spoke limited English though. The flavors were very neutral and nuanced. It allowed for the vegetables to be showcased more than extra seasoning to be added. Extremely impressed with the way they prepared the shirako. We were not expecting the sushi so that was a nice touch. The dessert at the end was perfect. You will not leave hungry.

The chef uses local Hokkaido ingredients to carefully prepare the dishes, allowing my family and I to enjoy a wonderful time. The restaurant is also not far from the subway station. I recommend it to everyone~~

The environment is very good, the dishes are exquisite, although each portion is small, but I still feel full in the end. It's my first time to taste Michelin Kaiseki cuisine, and it's worth the money.
