Cheeva Spa in Chiang Mai

Wonderful spa, one of the best we had in Chiangmai. The vibe, service and massage is perfect.

Located just outside the Old City, the location isn't too remote – about a four-minute scooter ride from the North Gate. The entire area is beautifully decorated, living up to its reputation as an Instagram-worthy massage shop. They offer a delicious, cold welcome drink before the massage. Booking in advance via Klook is much cheaper than paying on-site. After washing your feet, you'll be taken to a private room. The environment is very relaxing. I had filled out a form with some personal preferences beforehand, but the reception staff and therapist didn't seem to have reviewed it thoroughly, making the form feel somewhat pointless. The therapist's technique was average; nothing particularly impressive. After the massage, you can enjoy a dessert and herbal tea.

If Oasis is second best, Cheeva is definitely number one right now! I've been to Thailand many times, and this was the most perfect spa experience I've ever had. The reception staff were super nice. When we arrived, there weren't many people, and they even let us start early. We did 'Your Retreat.' It was a bit cold during the body scrub, but the pressure and technique were amazing. After showering, my whole body felt incredibly smooth. For the massage, they perfectly avoided the areas I requested and focused on the areas I wanted strengthened. The therapist was very attentive, relaxing my muscles, and used some unique techniques. The pressure was just right; firm where needed, and slightly lighter at pressure points, ensuring no discomfort. Combined with the wonderful essential oils, the whole experience was just too good! 😍 If I come back to Chiang Mai, I will 100% revisit Cheeva.

The environment is refreshing and comfortable. The masseuses are skilled and apply just the right amount of pressure. The drinks and yogurt provided before and after the massage are delicious. Very satisfied!

I highly recommend this place! I thought it would be just an average influencer-hyped spot, but it turned out to be the most comfortable massage I've had in my four days in Chiang Mai. The massage technique was unlike anything I've experienced before, it was fantastic! However, it might not be suitable for those who prefer deep pressure. Plus, the shop itself is beautiful and great for photos!

As a seasoned massage enthusiast and a licensed massage therapist in the United States, I was amazed by this spa. The ambiance and service are well worth the price. It might seem a bit expensive in Thailand, but it's rare to find a massage therapist who can pinpoint all your pain points. Compared to seeing a physical therapist in the US, this spa is an incredible value!

The Thai massage was great, especially the foot massage. The pink sparkling water was delicious.

The location is a bit ambiguous, but ultimately I was really satisfied with the massage. The best choice before going to the airport! Unlike the sentimental atmosphere, the massage was really refreshing and satisfying. I was able to take a shower and use a hair dryer after the massage, so I could return to the airport feeling refreshed. I was able to get a massage in a private place, and even the atmosphere relaxed my mind and body.

This is my second visit to Cheeva Spa, which is a beautiful spa with an excellent massage experience.

The location is not far from the old city, very convenient, and the peaceful environment is very relaxing. The masseuse's technique is excellent. Without being told about my pain points, they were able to detect them and perform appropriate massage, very professional.
