First was great, he picked me up and dropped me back on time. he is fabulous and very polite and helpful. the car and driving is top notch. he helped booked the golf cart too. I had a lot of fun. 10/10 would recommend.

Travel time from our hotel going to Khao Kheaw Open Zoo took one hour 30 minutes. We saw the famous hippopotamus Moo Deng but she was still sleeping when we arrived😅 Me and my family enjoyed exploring the zoo.

The driver actually doesn't speak English very well, but the overall experience is good! As long as everyone meets the driver at the designated time (ours is the hotel lobby), we will set off on time! There will be an 80 baht parking fee to pay when you arrive at Green Mountain Zoo. After driving to the park, the driver will first take you around the pink area, and will also get off the car to let us see animals, primates, ligers, etc. (This also avoids You have to walk up after that). After going around the pink area, you will return to the park and get off near the food court (7-11). At that time, you can make an appointment with the driver about the possible departure time, and also write down the driver’s phone number. Let’s talk to each other. We have a Thai translation for the driver to read and tell him to get on the bus at the same place after the end. We will call him (pay special attention here to confirm whether the Google translation is correct, and exchange Chinese and Thai repeatedly to confirm. If it doesn’t work, just You can also use AI translation); we left early, and the driver did show up at the agreed location! So just be prepared and don’t worry too much! And the driver was very nice and considerate!

I participated because I wanted to see the popular baby hippopotamus. After I applied, the tour company contacted me several times (I communicated by email and WhatsApp because the phone was in English). I felt relieved because they were very polite and kind with their suggestions. I had heard that there was a traffic jam on the way to Khao Kheow Animal Park, so I consulted with them and asked them to pick me up early. I was also able to ask for an extension fee of 300 baht per car per hour, so I told them my desired time taking into consideration traffic jams. (It is also possible to move the time forward) On the day, the driver came to pick me up early and took my large luggage with me. The car was comfortable, so the two-hour trip from Bangkok was comfortable. The driver was also kind, and was considerate of various things and listened to our requests. I don't speak much English, so I used a translator and contacted them via LINE. I thought I had to line up for the popular 🦛 first, so I went to the green zone and entered at 8 o'clock. Since it was a weekday, the waiting time was 15 to 20 minutes. I wanted to see other shows, so I went around to various places. I recommend the unlimited ride tour bus because the cart rental was a bit lawless and there was a waiting time. (35 baht) It doesn't take that long to walk to the hippopotamus zone. Considering the return time, I asked the driver to take us to the pink zone around 1pm. It seems that there is an additional entrance fee of 80 baht, but if you show your green zone admission certificate (ticket stub? or tram bracelet), you can enter the car without paying the additional fee. (It was a bit lenient) The pink zone is mostly mountain roads that take a long time to walk around, and there was a tiger and lion zone in it. I went in with the feeling that I had to go around everything, but it seemed like it was okay whether I went or not (lol) It gets crowded in the evening, so if I had gone over the return time, an additional fee might have been charged. It might be better to check here. The driver adjusted the time so that we could get there in time. It was a safe and comfortable drive, so it was a good deal including the zoo fee. (Parking fee is 120 baht)

We went to Khao Kheaw Open Zoo with our 3-year-old daughter & 8-month-old baby. The driver Mr. Teerawat is very punctual and standby near our home 10mins earlier. He is very nice, friendly and helpful. The van is clean and tidy. His driving is safe. For the zoo, we like this Open Zoo more than Safari World somehow. Mostly becuz you can rent a golf cart/Electric Tricycle and drive thru the Green Zone of the zoo by yourselves. We rented an Electric Tricycle, which allows us to take our time and check out each spot at our own pace. Plus, with the vehicle, baby stroller is not needed for our kids. It’s more convenient! Tips: Rent the golf cart/ Electric Tricycle once you arrive the Zoo in the morning, especially during public holiday. Or else, you have to line up long to wait for it. The zoo is more well-maintained than I thought. Animals are at good conditions. Several coffee shops are available for you to take a break. Be careful of the wild monkies, don’t leave any food/ plastic bags on your golf cart. They will steal and eat your food when you are away. Some monkies are even acting fiercely and steal the food in front of coffee shop customers at the terrace seats. Bring tissue with you. Like other local Thai public toilets, they don’t provide toilet papers at the toilets. To conclude, we had a very good time here even though the weather is very hot.

It was a pleasant one day trip journey to explore the zoo. Driver was punctual to fetch us from our hotel and no communication issue. Thou in the first place, there was a delay of email confirmation from Klook's partner but it was settled quite fast. Purpose of this trip is to have a glance of the famous Moo Deng. In general the zoo was huge. Try to go on a weekend instead where animal feeding will be open to public. Driver waited for us while we explored the green zone at our own pace. Just need to pay the parking lot to park the car. Recommend this activity.

It was a good day. The driver was very nice and helpful. He's gonna help you get the tickets. Only thing, we've been asked for 80 baht more for the parking spot. So just bring some cash extra! For the rest, amazing day!
