I absolutely loved my visit to the Moco Museum in Barcelona! The mix of contemporary and modern art was refreshing, with thought-provoking works by artists like Banksy, Basquiat, and Yayoi Kusama. I especially enjoyed the immersive installations like the Diamond Matrix—it felt like stepping into a completely different world. The museum isn’t huge, so you can comfortably explore everything in about an hour or so. It’s perfect if you’re looking for something cultural that isn’t overwhelming. The location in the Gothic Quarter makes it easy to combine with other nearby sights too.
We highly recommend booking your tickets through Klook, as you can reserve them on the same day and purchase them at a lower price. There's a lot of modern art, and plenty to see and enjoy.
Service: Very good, excellent treatment Facilities: Very accessible Price: Through Klook, they were very well priced Ease of booking on Klook: Super easy and practical Experience: I recommend it 100%
The museum's collection blends contemporary art, street art, and modern masters in a fresh, accessible way. From thought-provoking works by Banksy and Keith Haring to immersive digital installations, every room offered something visually striking and culturally relevant. The intimate setting made it easy to take in the art up close, and the modern, rebellious spirit of the museum really stood out. A must-visit for anyone into bold, contemporary creativity.
This MOCO is a lot smaller than expected so there is not really that much to see. But it's a good place to kill 30min or so before you explore the neighborhood.
experience: Wonderful gallery interesting, funny, disturbing and beautiful modern art that you will surely empathize with.
It’s a bit short and a bit small but I would tell everyone to go. It also has one of the best merchandise/shops I’ve seen at the end of a gallery.
They served us two glasses of chilled Freixenet Cava; you could choose between rosé or white.

Moco houses an inspiring collection of modern and contemporary art. The Museum takes over the space of Palacio Cervelló, formerly the private residence of the noble Cervelló family. This space takeover reflects Moco’s first initiative, when it took over the space of Villa Alsberg in Amsterdam, a building historically reserved for the privileged elite. Once again, Moco Museum rocks the energy of an exclusive space to make art accessible to everyone and welcome all!
