Shuidishan Hot Spring is truly a great place for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are huge and clean, and there are private hot springs. You can also enjoy surfing and rafting, and hike to two small waterfalls for photo ops. The package includes a buffet breakfast. The location is a bit remote, so I recommend driving. Booking on Klook is half the price of Ctrip. Highly recommended 👍🏻

The hotel maintenance is very well done, especially the hot springs and infinity pool, which are very clean and beautiful. The buffet is also okay, and the restaurant pays great attention to cleanliness. If there's any residue or water stains on the food display tables, they are immediately cleaned. During the hour or so we dined, our plates were automatically cleared and replaced 4 times. This level of management is relatively rare in China. Although the rooms aren't particularly beautiful, they are very spacious and comfortable. The overall environment is good, the air is fresh, and the place is clean. Originally booked a villa room, and even after the discount, it was less than $900! The room even had a private hot spring! But then they refunded the money online, saying there were no rooms available! We had already booked round-trip train tickets that were non-refundable! We were forced to pay an extra few dollars, $971, to book a windowless double room! A very disappointing trip! For the kids to have access to breakfast and unlimited hot spring access, it was an extra $200! And we had to pay a $500 deposit upon check-in! It was easy to get a ride to the hotel, but when we were leaving, it was difficult to call a taxi ourselves. We had to ask the hotel staff for a private driver's phone number to get a ride! And we had to pay expensive fares!

The day we checked in was no longer a holiday, but when I selected the room type on Klook, I chose a villa. There was no bed type option, and when I arrived, I was told it was two twin beds, not a king-size bed.

The leaves in the hot springs have fallen less, and the rafting is fun. The only drawback is that frogs jumped up in the middle of the rafting.

The room was nice and clean overall. It had everything that was needed. The bathtub was big enough for two people to sit in. The service was good, except that no one would take taxis at this location.... Luckily, an employee gave me a phone number to call a taxi to pick me up.

The order was originally non-refundable, but due to heavy rain causing flooding and landslides on the two essential access roads to the hotel, making them impassable. The roads were blocked 500 meters before the hotel. For safety reasons, we had to leave. During the journey, we called the hotel, and they said a refund was possible. I also asked customer service to make a note on the order to facilitate the platform refund. After multiple communications with the hotel, the situation became confusing, and their attitude was extremely poor, as they felt we should risk our lives to overcome the difficulties and reach their hotel. No manager was available to handle the situation. I contacted multiple customer service representatives, the reservations department, and a customer service representative named Lai. Because I couldn't communicate with Lai, I asked if she could have a manager answer the phone. This customer service representative remained silent and stated that the matter did not need to go through a manager and that she could handle it. I asked again if there was a manager position. She remained silent and hung up the phone directly. The platform customer service was excellent and helped me communicate with the hotel multiple times. Ultimately, the hotel's dialogue with me was inconsistent with their dialogue with the platform. The platform compensated me with Kooka points. There is no bathtub, and there is no buffet dinner for an extra 200. I was told that the dinner is a small hot pot set menu, which is really average.
