What happens if it rains?
We operate in all weather conditions, with rain adding an extra challenge to your climb. Be sure to bring wet weather gear if rain is expected, and maybe a change of clothes for the trip home. The paths can get muddy, so avoid wearing your favorite outfit. Treetops Adventure will only close during thunderstorms and strong winds. What should I wear to the TreeTop Challenge?
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. It's also a good idea to bring gloves for grip and protection on the ropes.
Are there any height restrictions?
While we do not have strict height requirements for participation, we recommend checking our minimum reaching height guide for each park. You can find this information on a sign at each Treetops Adventure Park Reception or Home Tree. Height recommendations per course color are as follows:
- Junior – Yellow: 3-7 years old and 120 cm tall
- Junior Pro – Orange: 3-7 years old and 120 cm tall
- Beginner/Intermediate – Green/Blue: 8+ years old and 145 cm tall
- Advanced – Red: 10+ years old and 155 cm tall
- Expert – Black: 13+ years old and 170 cm tall
Do I Need to Sign a Waiver and Attend Training?
Yes! Waivers are required for each visit. Our courses and equipment may vary between parks, and training ensures you’re updated on any changes.
