The place is nice for a short activity. We downloaded Wechat to better communicate (faster) with the klook provider to get the tickets. She also has Watsapp but respond is slower. Low season (winter) with child or seniors better to buy on site to enjoy discounted price.

Tickets cannot be exchanged at the ticket office, it turns out the agent who brought the Baofeng Lake ticket and did not appear. The agent could not be contacted, we waited with very cold weather, so we canceled this ticket and bought a new ticket at the official counter

Beautiful place and see a local life along the lake surrounded by mountains. The boat have a local guide on the boat for suggesting the place on the way in Chinese and you should know before, this boat ride is not a private boat that's calm and relax as expected because you have to share a big boat with tour team and Chinese tourist. What you will get from klook is 2 tickets, one for entering park and another for taking the bus to go and back from the boat point inside the park. Using Klook is a good choice to book tickets in China. If you want to avoid wasted time with Chinese conversations or may have some mistakes later. To complete this booking you should fill up your WeChat ID because the staff will contact you easily in English. She's so helpful and good cared service, even I had lost the way in the park and texted her then she immediately replied, thank you very much. I feel great with the service and the wonderful place that's looks like you're in Chinese paintings. This is one experience that you shouldn't miss in Wulingyuan area.
