Had such a delightful time at the Peranakan-inspired afternoon tea. The ambience was beautiful — warm, inviting, and full of Peranakan charm that really set the mood. The menu was creative and thoughtfully curated, blending traditional Nyonya flavours with modern twists like teh tarik tiramisu, otak-otak croissant, and cincalok chicken sandwich. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted just as good as it looked. The staff were attentive throughout, always checking in with a smile and making sure we were well taken care of. Their hospitality really elevated the experience. Overall, it’s a perfect spot to enjoy unique flavours in a lovely setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking to savour something different with a touch of heritage.

I had a splendid overall experience on the hi tea package that I booked. I booked for a group of 6 for a bachelorrete hi tea. Firstly, the booking was seamless and instant confirmation from Klook, not long after the Four Points team texted for confirmation too! They checked for any special diet too which I think was very thoughtful of. Then, the service from the team on the ground was top notch 🥰, they explained the menus before we begin to dig in. Not to mention, the desserts and snacks was delish and the amount was just right. I would recommend this for those who are looking for some place to catch up and have good food.

two thumbs up for the service engagement from the time I placed my booking to service rendered. staff's attention to details such as topping up got water & plain drinking water without having to ask for it is fantastic. the savory items in the menu were tasty yet not overpowering. However , sweets on the menu was a little too rich & sweet for us. It was the tea that helps ease off the richness & sweetness. highly recommend their in house Lady Yi's blend. the fragrance of rose in the blend gives a calm feeling. overall still worth it. do give it a try if you are in town. menus changes with season.

i realy love having my hi tea and celebrations here! the staffs very attentive, professional and friendly. thanks so much me & my friend had so much fun especially w the santa claus giving us goodies and the DIY decorate the gingerbread man! also im very satisfied with my friend's birthday surprise celebration, she really liked the experience! also tqvm for making the custom chocolate topper! and i kinda wish u would put the birthday song on speaker rather than singing em urself hahaha. cute tho! and thanks so much for the custom thank you card i really love these kinds of things! will come again!

The place was pushed and the doci was like a traditional Nyonya style The customer service online and at the place was fantastic.The staff presented the food explained the ingredients and made us feel so special.Food looked so cute and taste was good.it was a great experience being there.

Great afternoon tea experience! The staff was very friendly and thoughtful, offering complementary cake for my mum’s birthday. Service was on point and food tastes superb too! Would definitely return for occasions :)

We booked through klook and gotten a message from Four Points By Sheraton dining team hours later to confirm our booking. They checked for our dietary restrictions and i requested for a Birthday surprise for my GF for which they agreed. On the actual day, Amazing service and amazing food. We got the Peranakan Affair afternoon tea set and left satisfied. First, the environment is pretty and elegant. It is situated on the 7th floor of the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. The decor is quite breathtaking and has a Nyonya flair. Second, the staff was attentive and amazing. Our pot of tea was refilled at least four times without us asking even once. The food was served quite quickly, and everything was amazing. It's a high tea set with a Peranakan flair, and it was so tasty. The Otak one especially was very memorable and delicious. The environment is very chill and relaxing, with some natural sunlight illuminating the area. Lastly, the team was amazing in helping me arrange a special birthday surprise cake for my girlfriend with a nice sweet message. All in all, a 10/10 experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this to locals or foreigners who want to experience an elegant yet full of Malaysian style afternoon tea.

I got a WhatsApp message after booking on Klook, to confirm the reservation date, time and food preferences. The food was customised to less sweet upon request, and they also arranged for a slice of complimentary birthday cake for my mother.
