Infant Policy
- Any cruise that has 3 or more days consecutive at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the cruise/CruiseTour
Pregnant Policy
- Any Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise
- A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is no longer required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cruises cancelled prior to the sail date may be subject to a cancellation charge. The amount of the charge will vary depending on how far in advance the Operator receives notice of cancellation, as detailed here

- Please remember to do your online check-in before boarding the cruise ships using the Royal Caribbean App iPhone or Android at least 14 days prior to sail date
Check In & Baggage Drop Off
- Porters will be available to receive baggage to be checked prior to check-in at the Wusongkou International Cruise Port
- Guests are recommended to arrive at the Wusongkou International Cruise Port for ship check-in formalities beginning at the boarding time stated in your cruise documents but no later than 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled sail time

How to Get There
By Car
- From Shanghai Pudong International Airport, drive along Huazhou Road and turn right onto A20. Continue straight to the Outer Ring Tunnel, then turn right onto Tongji Road. Next, turn right onto Baoyang Road and follow it to the end to reach Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal.
- From Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport Terminal 2. Exit the airport and turn right onto G50. Continue straight to Yan'An Elevated Road, then merge onto the Inner Ring Viaduct. Follow it to Yixian Elevated Road via a right turn. Drive along Yixian Elevated Road, then turn right onto Baoyang Road and follow it to the end to reach Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal.

- Arrive at the terminal within your selected arrival time slot (see your mobile boarding pass). Early arrivals cannot board, and late arrivals must wait for reassignment.
- Complete check-in at least 3 days before sailing to avoid doing so at the pier. All guests must be checked in and onboard at least 90 minutes before departure, or they will not be permitted to sail.
- U.S. Dollars will always be the currency onboard.

Booked through klook and was assigned a wheelchair friendly room. Was surprised by how spacious the room is - more than sufficient space for wheelchair to manoeuvre around easily. bathroom is also well thought out with a chair at the shower area and hand bars for safety. Good for elderly as well. There's a cake cutting ceremony on the 3rd night - perfect for those celebrating.
Easy & fast redemption, we got immediate booking confirmation from the RC. We later encountered an issue regarding misspelled name, and klook customer service team helped to enquire on our behalf since RC only allow the agent to make updates if is it not direct booking from their site. We are thankful that the issue is solved and we boarded without any problem. Kudos klook for customer care! The cruise itself is huge, with plenty of venues to explore and activities to do. Shows are spectacular, cleanliness is top notch. Complimentary dining offer variety, though almost always packed with people who eat at the same time especially at the buffet. Before the sailing date, we bid and get our room upgrade from ocean view to room with balcony. So we didn't stay at the room we initialy book from klook and we're happy with the upgrade. All in all, it is indeed a memorable first time cruise vacation for us.
Fuss free transaction. Enjoyed my first trip with my family on the cruise thoroughly. Theatrical productions were awesome. Nice sea view with good facilities including bumper car activities, gym, rock climbing for the sports enthusiasts. We were well fed with food throughout the day.
I had a good experience booking with klook. After paying, I downloaded the Royal Caribbean app and logged in. Their app is so helpful. You can check out activities, restaurants, entertainment and more. Plus, you can make reservations as well. Cruising with Royal Caribbean was one of the best experience I’ve had.
Courteous staff, great food, awesome service, orderly excursions! The only thing missing that would have made this gloriously perfect is the one piece of tech that most Asians need—bidet. Other than that, we had a spectacular experience.
Is a must to enjoy this 5 day 4 night in royal carribean spectrum of the sea cruise. U can explore many thing in the cruise such as rock climbing, flow riding, jacuzzi, swimming, n there have many many show to watch it. The dining area all staff r good too
Our family of 3 went on this cruise to Penang. The ship was new and the facilities and amenities were top notch. Lots of activities to choose from and my 5 year old son had the time of his life.
My schedule from 22 Jan to 25Jan 2024, Room Ocean view. I enjoyed my stay every single moment. The Cruise is very beautiful, clean. My son and I have car sick, but we didn't feel tired on the Cruise. It's safe and smooth. Menu change everyday, all staff are friendly. We took many pictures. For us, no need to book food, beverage package. Many complimentary activities. The Silk Road and production show are amazing. My vacation is worth and memorable. I definitely book the Cruise again, I don't want to travel other city anymore. Love Royal Carribean. Cruise was great, many people, big and not so crowded. Shows were amazing, facilities were great. Had an enjoyable time for the time spent there. Only downside was the food, mediocre, variety was repetitive, nothing special. Sad to say that, but if food can be improved I will be coming back again. Cheers !!!
