It's super convenient and doesn't require Tedeng to deal with traffic problems. It's just that the pick-up location is a bit hard to find. Arrive early in advance to find someone or ask someone nearby.

It got us some time to find the pick up point because it is somewhere inside a multi-storey car parking facility. There is no signage or reception to let you easily know the exact position.

The overall service is described on the webpage. It is best to confirm the boarding location in advance. In addition, the toilets near the boarding location are in poor condition. It is recommended to find toilets in other places first.
It is not easy to locate the bus stop or pick up point. Pls be there early to locate the info place so you won’t miss the bus. Great outlet to visit
