I was very satisfied with this laser gun experience. The children had a great time. The staff were friendly and took good care of the participants. Although there were no people in the venue, the staff were very attentive to playing with them. When we left, we didn’t know how to play with the car. The pick-up and drop-off staff outside the store also helped us communicate with the driver, which made us feel reassured.

Rush B is in a location that is a bit hard to get to (taxi/car needed) but made up for by being a very good value experience overall. The operators are young, enthusiastic, and friendly. They made my wife, son and I feel very welcome right away and, because it was a weekday, we could do pretty much what we wanted and when we wanted. We were all first-timers at laser tag so we were taken through the rules and safety procedures, then introduced to some variations of the game. I didn't realise before just how intense the experience can be and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. After a session of laser tag games, we then switched to playing pool or video games, then back to laser tag - until we were worn out after 3 hours or so. The unlimited play package proved to be very good value. Note: They also sell drinks, snacks, ice cream, etc. at reasonable prices.

After arriving, because of the heavy rain that day, the laser gun could not be used due to power problems. But the clerk, me and klook's customer service were very helpful, and immediately helped me with the cancellation and refund. From what I saw at the scene, the environment of the store was OK, but it was a pity that I couldn't experience the event.

I ordered a weekday ticket on August 1, but that day is actually a holiday in Thailand, so we need to pay extra. The calendar for selecting the order date in klook has not been revised in accordance with the local holidays. Only Saturday and Sunday are set as holidays Tickets. Please Klook to improve.
Both adults and children had a great time. 2 big and 2 small, 2 vs 2 at the beginning, and then other guests joined, divided into 2 teams to play against each other, it was very exciting. The staff is very fluent in English, the explanations are clear, and there are different ways of fighting. The children said that this place is more fun than the paradise. Played here for 4 hours, recommended!
