Gyeongbokgung Palace, Hanok Village, and GwangJang Tour in Seoul

Our group of four joined the Namsan Valley standard group tour. Since we had foreign friends with us, we chose an English-speaking guide. Our female guide, Anna, was very professional, explained everything clearly, smiled throughout the tour, and was very humorous, making the experience enjoyable. The itinerary included Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bugak Palgakjeong Pavilion, Bukchon Hanok Village, the Korea Ginseng Museum, the War Memorial of Korea, Jogyesa Temple, Tapgol Park, and more. For lunch, she took us to Gwangjang Market to eat delicious Korean pancakes and shop for souvenirs. Finally, at our request, she dropped us off at Seoul Catholic Cathedral, giving us another spot for photos. The tour price was reasonable and included all admission fees and a comfortable air-conditioned mini-bus. If you have limited time during your trip, we highly recommend this one-day tour.

We loved our guide, Chloe's energy and professionalism. She took us on the tour at a good pace and with clear explanations. The sights are good for those who are first timers in Seoul. Good to with this option as you learn much more with a guide and move easily in a small group. Highly recommended

It was a wonderful experience with this trip. Our tour guide Grace is amazing and give a detail information of each places of this trip. she is polite and supportive and the Van drive MR lee also good - calm and compose. Overall experience was amazing. I must suggest to book this trip and with grace when you are traveling to Seoul.

My group and I had a wonderful time. Grace was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She weaved not just the history of the palace and traditions, but she explained how the past influenced present day culture and traditions in her presentation. The Ginseng Museum was very cool and high tech in contrast with the changing of the guard and palace tour. I highly recommend this tour and Grace!

I had a fantastic experience with the tour, in particular thanks to Chloe, who made the entire tour experience to be much more memorable expected. Chloe was really knowledgeable about the history of every part we visited, and made it fun with her jokes and spirit as well. Our group was about 10 people so it made it more private and personal. During the guard changing ceremony in Gyeongbokgung Palace, Chloe made the experience even more spectacular with her tip of most optimal spot for pictures/ videos, avoiding in the back of crowd and missing everything. Chloe was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and shared many interesting and fun facts that really brought the tour to life. She let us straight to every picturesque spots and helped taking pictures. I could keep talking. Overall, was a great experience and a must do. Highly recommended, and if you can ask for Chloe then even better. Also shoutout to driver for always making it on time for pickup and leaving for every part of the tour.

Chloe was an excellent tour guide, providing very good communication via WhatsApp prior to the start of the tour, with clear instructions on where to meet. The palace was really good, though it involved quite a bit of walking, but she explained in detail the history behind it. The next place was the Bukchon Hanok Village, which was very pretty with old historic houses. She also explained the history behind that. We then visited the Ginseng Museum. It was really good having a small bus to drive us around from location to location, which was well worth it. The last stop was at a food market, which was also really interesting. It was a great day. I highly recommend it. Chloe even helped us book a spa, as we had trouble speaking the local language. All in all, she was very helpful and the best tour guide.

I had the best time with Sunny and Sophie. The day started with Sunny and it was extremely hot which was unfortunate but Sunny kept everyone engaged and made us forget all about the heat, she made sure everyone was involved even though it was such a big group. Sophie was very knowledgable and calmly answered each and every question with ease. overall i gained a lot of knowledge with this tour and will absolutely hope to book with Sunny and Sophie again !!

We were able to visit all the places we wanted to in half a day, and the tour ended near our hotel at a market, so we were very satisfied with the half-day experience. A huge thank you to our tour guide, SUE! We truly appreciate her concern for us, as we were participating in an English-speaking tour, which made us feel completely at ease. Our tour guide Chloe made sure we knew what to do every step of the way. She started the day before our tour texting us to make sure we knew what to pack/bring and confirmed our meet up location. It was raining that morning so she quickly checked us in and got us on the dry bus. One the bus before each stop she talked to us about many Korean things including information about our stops. She was very informative. She told us the best spots for pictures and even took photos. Chloe guided us thru each stop and answered all questions. she was fabulous and it was very beneficial to have her guiding us. I would definitely recommend this tour.
