Driver was at the airport in time expecting us once passed immigration. Very safe driving to our accommodation in Trastevere, I had the feeling that a nice and scenic route was chosen so that we had a nice drive.
Driver arrived earlier than stipulated , spotted him almost right away after arrival . Driver was helpful in assisting with our luggages . Comfortable ride to Hotel in a Mercedes Benz 👍🏻
Convenient to have someone waiting with your name on it as soon as you exit. Downside was how far away they parked, walking with multiple luggage around the airport for around 5 minutes. Not bad if you want a workout after your flight! Although the way the person drove would make anyone feel motion sickness, not helping was that the luxury car smelt of smoke. Check other options.
I felt the experience is very profesional, I was greeted by my driver at the arrival hall on time, and there was light refreshments provided on board, definitely more worth it than a regular taxi.
